Quality & Customer on Top
After a week of correspondence my issues were addressed and resolved. I accepted a 6 month subscription and I'll be happy to upgrade after I try the program.
My advice to the leaders of this platform is to stop focusing on grapping for dollars as their top objective, and put more energy in the Quality of their product and the Satisfaction of their clients. Money will follow.

Very glitches but good potential
I had really high hopes for this program and I'm glad to see that other people have benefited from it. My experience, however, was dismal. I've never seen such a glitchy app. I spent more time dealing with glitches and crashes than I spent learning spanish. I tried installing on three different devices and had the same problems across all devices. I think the program has great potential and I'll follow to see if some of these glitches that people are reporting are rectified.

I am revisiting this review based on a more recent customer service experience. While initially I was refused a refund for an automatic subscription I was able to negotiate a suitable outcome. The product is good the AI interface works really well. My only observation would be to make your automatic subscription system more obvious so people don’t feel caught out and have to ask for money back.

Do not trust them - they overbill
I signed up for this program with their special offer of $.17 a day for six months.
They acknowledged my signing up, and in my joining summary, told me I was going to be billed on a monthly basis an amount of $22, which is not what I signed up for.
I sent them an email complaining about that and they said they would look into it and I haven’t heard anything back for almost a week.
This is just a scam and I’m gonna put a block on my credit card to prevent any more unnecessary payments

Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. AVOID! First, the advert for the app is nothing like the tutor you actually get: a 2d drawing basically. Second, they keep taking money from your account each month and it’s really hard to cancel. Stay away, go elsewhere. If I could give these cowboys zero stars, I would! Don’t touch this app with a barge pole. You WILL regret it if you do. Total rubbish.

I paid my $39.99 “hugely discounted” fee for 6 months but my membership was never acknowledged and I never received log in detail - even though the money was taken off my credit card. I tried following up through Customer Service but never received a reply. BUT they kept bombarding me with new joining offers (up to 5 a day). AVOID THIS COMPANY.
