I ordered a nail polish from Europe. It took 10 days for delivery but the company warns me about it. The product was the same as advertised.

Shocking!! Have been waiting on a parcel for over a month. I have emailed 4 times and have had 0 response. Waited on a call back and have had 0 reply.

I'm a longtime customer of this store.
For all this time there has never been a problem. I would like to note that in spite of the war, parcels have always been sent on time and the day after ordering on the website I could already get it at the post office.
Everything is always neatly packaged, each item is wrapped in Kraft paper.
Also compared to other stores, the makup is cheaper and most importantly more choice.

Made an order for $125 Saryna Key. Received the wrong product, put a different series. The jar with the mask has been opened and started (weight less than stated). The support service accepted the application for consideration and return. 2 weeks no response. I will never shop at Makeup again.

My order number is 1669752433-0330.
I've placed the order with EU delivery on November, 29 and paid with a card online.
On Dec, 7 the courrier refused to give my order and asked to pay for it in cash.
I've tried reaching out Makeup.ua support, but the numbers listed on the website are dead ("not in service"). I've emailed them and attached all the proofs of my online payment (bank receipt, order details screenshot, etc) and got no response since.
I still have no idea where's my money or order. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had!!! Not sure if the situation will be resolved, but won't order at Makeup.ua ever again 🤮

UPD from 11/12/22: Got an official response that the situation is settled. Well, it is not in fact. I was not contacted with the resolution of the issue. Still don't have my money or my order, and no news. Only false responses from the company.

Case: courier refused to deliver it home and when I said I already paid for this service, he said he didn't like my tone (!!!) and sending it back and I can do order again!
W*F! I guess when you order deliver it's because you actually want to receive package in your hands!
And of course all lines were busy to pick up the claim, I spent all money on phone because waiting was charged!

I bought cosmetic products from Makekap.com.ua for several thousand worths. Due to problems with the light in Kyiv, I did not see when receiving the parcel that one of the face creams, which cost more than 1000, has an expiration date of fewer than 3 months. When I contacted Makeup, they said it was my problem.
By the way, the cream was without packaging, without a protective film, etc., so it looks like someone already opened it and returned it before us.
I do not recommend anyone to buy anything on Makeup, and if you are already buying, check everything as soon as possible because they do not have a quality return service.

The service was 100% perfect for me!
I bought the perfume "Cocaïne" (unisex), but unfortunately, I personally did not like it.

All good until you experience an issue with them.
They sent a wrong product and refuse to exchange it for correct one unless you first send the wrong one back. OR if you want a refund they demand you open a bank account in foreign currency at a specific bank and then they will refund there.
It’s unheard of!
