Not sure why some people have left negative reviews, but my recent purchase from Makeup.ie was a great experience. I ordered two perfumes and paid through PayPal, ensuring a secure transaction. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was smooth, and the perfumes arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Makeup.ie, especially with the added security of PayPal payments.

I was a bit hesitant to order because of few bad reviews but I decided to give it a go, and they did not dissapoint. Great choice of products, bargain prices and speedy delivery. Top service, highly recommended.

Never got my item. They use the worst delivery provider, ups.ie. They didn't try to resolve the issue with the delivery but got the item back. Awaiting for the refund.

Ordered a bottle of hair tonic for €19 as it costs €25 locally - when it arrived the lid was broken and the tonic had leaked in the box - when I notified makeup.ie they blamed the courier and offered me a €3 discount on my next order - when I refused and demanded either a refund or a replacement they said that a replacement was not possible and the only way I would get a refund would be to post the item back to them in Poland and asked me to confirm that the item remained unused and unopened - I asked them how I could return an item that had no functioning lid as it would leak everywhere and also how they could ask if it was unopened and unused when the whole issue was that the lid was broken upon delivery and it is therefore both open and having leaked - used - at this point posting it back at my own expense to Poland seems pointless - all this to save €6 from buying it locally !!! Update - refund finally granted on May 31st!

I purchased a Cosmelan peel from this site but there’s no way the product I received is authentic. Having had this peel done in the past by a dermatologist I knew what to expect, and my skin would react. When I used this product absolutely nothing happened, no redness, no peeling nothing. I can therefore only assume that this site sold me a counterfeit product and nothing else. I will be raising a formal complaint with comreg as well.

I was worried to order cause of the bad reviews here, but the order went through everything went as expected and package arrived on time with all the things I ordered, it is quite a normal/ short time for it to arrive since it came from Poland. Extremely happy to have now access to make up and all sort of accessories from Poland! Definitely going to reorder!

Ordered a nail polish, a foundation and a solid perfume. Items arrived in a thin plastic mailer with a single sheet of brown paper around it. As nail polish was in a glass bottle it had shattered coating all items in nail polish and broken glass. What I received was a leaking broken mess. So far not ideal as items were clearly broken due to poor packaging. I asked for a replacement and assumed new items would be sent. What happened next was truly why I gave a one star review for makeup.ie's atrocious customer service. I got in touch with them providing evidence of damage through their customer form. They then asked me to send an email with multiple pictures as evidence. This had already been provided clearly! They also insisted I keep this shattered leaking package until they had resolved my case. I live in an apartment so you can imagine how terrible that smelled. They then ask again for more evidence despite clearly providing this twice already!?! So a total of 17 photos and a video all which clearly show the problem and still no resolution. 18 days and several emails later they tell me they can't send a replacement due to "technical issues" and give me some nonsense about the courier repackaging my items. The customer doesn't care who packaged the items, it is the sellers responsibility to deliver items to you. Company offers a discount of 2/3 of the damaged items. As an FYI to everyone you are not required to accept "discounts" for damaged goods. You are legally entitled to a refund or replacement. A discount is a ploy to try to get you to spend more money in their store. Now the company insists I return to Poland the broken, leaking package in order to get a refund. A refund I am still waiting for over a month after I ordered. This company is trash and I will never use them again. Notino is much better

Be aware of this company.i bought 2 electric toothbrushes and they sent me a broken one and wont replace or fix it i notified them straight away and they said they wont replace without the box that my receipt means nothing. I have reported them to comreg. Comreg have replied to say YES thry are absolutly in breach of customer rules and have forwarded the complain to European Consumer Centre as this company is polish.

Great variety of products to choose from notified when order ships and tracking information provided very quick customer service response

I have ordered good few times from Makeup.and I must to say that delivery was incredible fast, prices good, selection of products satisfy.i definitely will stick to this online store.strong 5* from me with no doubts!!!

I bought a parfum, Guerlain Souffle de Parfum 50ml and cannot say that this is a genuine parfume. I regret to spend money on this site for a fake parfum. Very disappointed.

I made 2 orders on Makeup.IE recently. Both orders took a week or so to arrive from Poland. Items were well packaged and as decribed on their website. They currently offer free shipping to Ireland for orders over €19.

I’ve read some reviews on makeup.it, co.uk and .es and was met with some positive and negative reviews. I’ve heard people say they’ve never received their order or that they had to contact the company for a refund. I was skeptical to order from here since they had some perfumes for a lot cheaper than any other store I could find but ordered anyway with PayPal. My order took a week to ship from Poland to Ireland and everything was nicely packaged. I received a tracking number for UPS and it arrived earlier than it was meant to which was a really nice surprise. I also received 2 testers for other perfumes for free which was a nice little addition. Safe to say I’ve had a really good experience with them and I’m very happy with the price I picked my perfumes up at. Have to recommend.
