First order with this company and I’ve no complaints. Item arrived this morning packaged in appropriate box. The price for the ROC cream was the best I could see online so I wouldn’t hesitate to order with them again.

Very good experience with makeup . Everything is coming very fast with good packaging and also high level of customer service ( my parcel was delivered to wrong address so workers helped me straight away to sort it out and next day I received my package ) . Highly recommend makeup

I read lots of bad reviews here.. but still took a chance because their prices on certain things are way lower.. free delivery over €25 is a massive win as well.
I'm glad I did order.. absolutely no problems, I ordered on a Monday and it was delivered on the Friday by DPD with no issues. Lids were taped down, I will say though that perhaps if there's a glass item they should bubble wrap just in case. But my Estee lauder double wear which is glass was unharmed. I will definitely order from them again.

My 1st order from Makeup.ie and im fully satisfied. Shipping from Poland to Ireland took a week (standard time). Parcel well secured for transport. All products (supplements) with long expiry date. Delivered by DPD courier.
100% recommended.

Bought Victor and Rolf Spice Bomb extreme from makeup.ie for significantly cheaper than anywhere else. At least €50 cheaper than in shops in Ireland. Had read the bad reviews here citing delivery issues etc. and didnt know what to think but decided to give it a go anyway. Ordered the item on a Sunday, they included a free candle and washbag with the purchase which is ridiculous and the item was delivered the following Friday 5 days later, excellent service. The only advice Id give is at the checkout where you enter the address is a bit confusing so make sure you include your full address and eircode.

Never had problems before. But last 3 weeks I can’t pay for my order, and pity that support team not able to really help me. It’s sad because I really like makeup. Always Error 500 and only from my account :(

I ordered a bottle of Marc Jacob’s perfume from your website, half the price of what they were in my local shops for a bigger bottle. I was worried after reading the reviews that it wouldn’t come or it would be damaged. It came today perfectly wrapped to Ireland I was waiting a week max. The bottle is fab and I got a free mirror too. I’m delighted and already eyeing up my next orders. Thanks so much

This was my first time ordering here so I didn't know why to expect. I placed my order before Christmas and I was expecting a longer shipping time due to Christmas etc. I received my parcel this morning and it was well packaged and my item arrived in perfect condition. I definitely will be ordering again as my experience has been positive!! Thank you makeup.ie :-)

ZERO star, doesn't even deserve one star. Item was never delivered. No refund. Just numerous empty and hollow replies from the company ending in Have a nice day!
My experience matches a lot of others' here which begs the question who is vetting the good reviews? Are the good reviews genuine? Also, Trust pilot needs a zero star option!

Terrible experience. Item never arrived four weeks later and two emails to customer service. No reply was given to the second email and nothing was done. DPD wasn’t updated since the 5th of December item was ordered on the 20th of November.
Absolutely don’t recommend this website to anyone.

This company have given me the run around for 2 weeks so I certainly won’t be using them. I purchased 3 glass items which they sent across Europe (I’m based in Ireland) without any cushioning packaging. Unsurprisingly one item was broken on arrival. I completed their form online (which had to be printed and scanned into them, not exactly user friendly) and sent it with 4 photos. They reverted firstly looking for me to complete a damage report to their Polish courier….I don’t speak Polish and completed my purchase in English so couldn’t complete this. The courier (who I don’t believe was at fault) was DHL so I attempted to report the damage on their Irish website, they require the email address that was used to book the delivery which I’ve asked for 3 times now but continue to get ignored. I was then asked to provide the item barcode which I did followed by a request for photos of all sides of the item’s boxes and tonight they’ve come back looking for the damage report and photos of the damaged item…..if you’ve kept up you will recall that these are the items I sent first!! Time to write it off to experience and let you all know to approach this company with care

My 1st experience ordering with this company and won't be again.I ordered perfume for my son's Christmas present. It arrived completely destroyed, bottle broken & box was falling apart.Parcel very badly wrapped, no bubble protection just in a thin layer of card paper! I immediately advised the company & local dpd courier. Requested a full refund and was told to send photos to customer service & forwarded a link to fill a form with the polish Dpd contact. Link & website completely in Polish! Multiple Emails forward & back, still not resolved. So frustrating to be told use a translation service to fill out a damage claim! So read the terms & conditions of delivery as it is not very clear! I've no issue filling out a form once I can understand what's required. Makeup.ie,as a website one would expect English speaking. I spoke directly to customer service number also, but was told me they could do nothing to help. Everything goes through email. My advice be very cautious.

I ordered shampoo and a claw clip. The claw clip was packed beside the heavy shampoo bottle and broke.
When I contacted make.ie they asked for photos of products (which I had) and photos of the box and shipping label (which I had discarded)
They said they could not proceed and offered me a €2 discount off my next order.
Very clearly a packing error. Bad customer service and of course bad product packing. .

In response to your reply, I very clearly pointed out it was a packing error that caused the damage, not transport.

I placed an order with Makeup.ie but never received my order. The parcel was to be delivered by DPD Poland but it was never received into DPD Ireland. I contacted Makeup Customer Service who said they would need to investigate & would issue refund when complete. Over two months later despite regular emails Makeup have still not completed their investigation, which has left me without order & still waiting on a refund. AVOID.

Very happy with order, arrived quickly, was worried it might not as it looked like my address was incorrect, contacted customer service who got back to me promptly. And parcel arrived following day.

The parcel got delivered to the wrong address no answer from their customer service and no answer from delivery company neither. Please avoid as they are scammers!!!!!
