We attended Claymotion workshop at MAF and we had the best time! Definately recommend anyone who wants to start playing with Stopmotion,

Really enjoyable and informative. My son enjoyed the drone session. He can’t wait to come back. And from a parents perspective I think this will help him to exceed in his schooling.

Great teaching and very helpful to the kids as well as making it fun for them!

My daughter had a brilliant time at the Lego Stop Go Motion workshop. The session was fun and the guys who ran it extremely knowledgable, professional and engaging. This is the second workshop we have done with Mako Create and we look forward to attending more in the future!

Attended 2 Sessions, on Digital Photography skills and photo editing for Seniors. Both sessions were easy paced, interactive and presenters, Ian and Lauren, made the sessions enjoyable took
the time to explain topics with easy to relate to examples. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend

Creative, engaging and inclusive! My 10 year old son has just finished the 6 week animation course, after doing the summer school, and loved it! Mako create has sparked a new passion. The team are great with the kids and bring out the best in them. Seeing how much my sons confidence and independence has grown has been just lovely to see.

My son has attended many many of these sessions and loves them he is always engaged and looks forward to going to them he has learnt so many new things , the guys who run the clubs are amazing with the kids and are so patient and enthusiastic with the kids who attend , definitely recommend mako create

My son has never wanted to join in any after school activities but he reached the sixth-form at school and Mako Create came in within the school day doing various activities with the class and suddenly when a flyer came out advertising an after school block of sessions he was adamant that he wanted to go and over the last 18months or so he has done various blocks of sessions, enjoying them all. With the help of the brilliant and very inclusive Mako Create team he has learned so many different IT skills, gained in valuable social skills and grown in confidence when around unfamiliar people. We're always on the lookout for more Mako sessions

Sufficiently challenging, very ‘hands on’ while managing to include all the audience, some great results and very enjoyable .

The presenters made the whole experience great. They engaged the group, set loads of interesting activities and gave us all really constructive feedback. Thanks for a fab session, we learnt a lot. Linda and Carla.

My daughter Leah found Mako Create very interesting and enjoyable and learnt new things as in animation, film making, badge making, pixel art and coding and especially music making and many more. The list is endless for what they do on the sessions and alot of fun leah shares with me when she comes home and tells me all about it all.

My daughter loves attending these sessions. She's been on the 6 weeks animation course and loved every week. She's also had a great time trying coding. It's a subject thats really peaked her interest and not something she would have had a chance to try in primary school. She's had loads of fun but also I think its been a great preparation for high school as shes going to be familiar with it if its included in any lessons when she starts next year. The staff have been great too, really friendly and very encouraging which means the world to Olivia :) thank you x

My son absolutely loved the animation workshop, I’ve struggled to find an after school club that he enjoys due to not being interested in sports.
What a refreshing change to have him excited to attend a club, and he was genuinely sad when it came to end last night.

I’ll be keeping my eyes open for more workshops in the future.

My son absolutely loves attending the Mako Create sessions. He isn't particularly 'sporty' so it's nice to have an after school/weekend activity he can get involved with that isn't sports related. He has also learned so much in respect of coding and computing which is likely to help him in the future with any potential career in IT. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Mako for their time and effort they put into the sessions.

Absolutely amazing programme of activities. The activity leaders are enthusiastic, yet have a really relaxed approach which is inclusive to all needs. The courses might just inspire someone to do something great, like a new course or career path.

My teenage son was bored during the summer holidays so decided to take part in the retro video game design, coding and robotics, digital music making and animation exploration workshops. He enjoyed each workshop & picked up some great skills. The coach James was brilliant, highly recommended for all ages.
