Fantastic and authentic food. I was lucky enough to attend a corporate event where the Indian Dish were catering and it made the event. I can’t recommend enough.

The dansak was absolutely delightful! It was rich, well-spiced, and full of authentic flavor. The balance of spices was perfect—warming but not overpowering—and the texture was smooth and comforting. Definitely one of the best Indian curries I’ve had in a long time!"

Enjoyed a tarka dal from The Indian Dish and it was great. Full of flavour and just the right amount of spice for me. Massive portion size as well. Ali and Julia are also both really lovely and friendly people. Always happy to help and with a smile on their face.

Amazing food
Authentic and tasty

I first tasted food from The Indian Dish at Edenwood Place, they were catering an event I had attended, the canapés served stopped my conversation mid flow, the intensity of flavour was incredible. So when I found out about a pop up locally I attended and had a full taster menu, the depth of flavour develops through each mouthful, the sides complimenting perfectly and the home cooked love is in abundance - Ali is an artist creating a culinary masterpiece, if you are after authentic Indian food of the highest quality, you have just found the perfect place!

The catering at my husband’s 50th was superb. Julia and Ali and their team provided a delicious range canapés and mains to our 100 guests in our home. We loved the food and there were many compliments on both the food and the service. I recommend them to anyone who would like to make a special celebration memorable.

Incredible Caterers! We had a home wedding function and Ali and Julia from the get go were organised, professional and tried to meet every request. The food was incredible and having them at the function felt like having friends there. Look forward to enjoying their food again

A huge thank you to Julia and Ali at The Indian Dish for coming to We Are Beams this week and creating an absolutely magical experience for our children! They hosted a fun Bollywood dance class, provided beautiful Indian-inspired colouring designs, set up a delightful messy play station, and of course served absolutely delicious authentic Indian cuisine, all of which the children absolutely loved. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We came across this company through the internet and could see through trustpilot that they had great reviews.
I was first in contact with Julia and can honestly say I felt instantly impressed by her friendliness and professionalism. We opted for the BBQ with the pop up tent and Julia navigated everything that we needed and no amount of questions was too much trouble. Ali and his team came and set up within plenty of time for the party and were truely amazing, from being friendly, courteous and extremely hard working to make our party be the success it was. All the guests commented on how amazing the food was and Ali produced amazing food with lovely fresh ingredients. We can categorically say we would have no hesitation in using this company again and have already passed their details on.

Had the chance to try a couple of Indian dishes recently, and honestly? Mind blown. The flavours were unreal—spicy, rich, and full of that proper homemade aroma that hits you before the first bite.

It really made me wonder why we even bother with jarred or packet sauces. Compared to this, they just don’t stand a chance. Home-cooked Indian food is on a whole different level.

If you get the chance, try it. Seriously. 10 thumbs up from me 👍🔥

Delicious food, beautifully spiced with just the right level of heat for the style of the curry. It reminded me of dishes we were served in India when we visited a few years ago. Happy days and wonderful food!

I had great communication with Julia over the phone and by email and she delivered everything we asked for. On the night of our party Ali and his team worked non-stop on one of the hottest nights of the year. We opted for the pop up tent and bowl food as this suited our party best. The set up and presentation was great and our friends gave us so many compliments on the food. There were many going back for seconds.

Ali's team were smartly dress, professional and friendly. I barely noticed them as they cleared up after our guests throughout the evening. They boxed up the left overs for us and left everything spotless at the end of the night. They really contributed to the success of our party.

The food was delicious , properly cooked .

The Indian dish catered for Eid lunch at my sister’s house. A very friendly service. The meat curry was rich with perfectly balanced flavours and cooked to perfection. The burgers were succulent and melts in mouth!

We had catering with The indian dish. Ali and his team was amazing and most friendly. I needed catering for 40-45 people.
The food was mouthwatering. All my guest loved it especially the burgers , Gajar Halwa and Roghan Ghost. I will definitely recommend The indian dish and will arrange with them again.

My family and I have enjoyed many different dishes on many different occasions and the food is always excellent and provided by friendly and professional staff. Delicious food and a great service, the perfect recipe!
