Such great customer service
Such great customer service. I was buying a charm bracelet and charm as a surprise anniversary present and didn't really know much about them. They went above and beyond, sending me photos of different chain styles next to the charm i wanted, as well as providing advice on style and where to put the charm. They were incredibly responsive on email
My partner was thrilled with the gift. Will absolutely shop from here again.

It's so difficult in this internet age to try and visualise what items look like together. So, now, I do try to photograph together so that people can get a better idea of size and what items will look like together.

It works both ways!
You might be looking for a cat charm and not see the correct breed, and I might search for a different term in the search, and hey presto, it's found. With 5000+ charms you would think that it might be easy to find what you are looking for but search for DOG and you will be scrolling through pages and pages!!

Really interesting and fun silver charms. I especially like the food; hot dog and pasty, the sandal and the toilet is great! Good quality and deliver I good time. The choice of adding a lobster clip is useful. Will continue buying in the future.

We try to dispatch as quickly as possible, so as long as we have an order by 10am (UK TIME) then it should be dispatched the same working day. We try after that time but as Royal Mail collect from 12PM, please order as early as possible.

I never realised the good old cucumber charm would attract as much attention as it has. For our US customers, it's the pickle and our UK customers it's the cucumber!
I see you had the one with the lobster clip.
