Cheaply made and over-priced
They are set up in such a clever way. What looked like knitted goods from a Banff Boutique came in as very cheap polyester from China. What was a fair price for a knitted sweater was very overpriced for what I received - polyester sweats. One "sweater" is way oversized and looks nothing like the photo. It is a hoodie and I ordered a cardigan. I have written to Malibu and sent pictures.

Banff Boutique and Malibu (Scam?)
Cancelled order on 5 Feb 2025 placed on 4 Feb 2025 to Banff Boutique and received confirmation of refund from BANFF. Possible SCAM SCAM SCAM? Malibu connected to Banff Boutique? (presumably just another name) as I had no dealings with Malibu. Follow up emails to BANFF and their other email bounced week thereafter. Then another week later went through to Banff Boutique as I mentioned I would report them as scam. Once again received Banff apology and confirmation of refund within 2-5 days, then a further email from MALIBU confirming refund within 10 days???
