I have reviewed the tracking, and it appears the driver could not locate your address. A notification was sent to you to provide more details to the courier. You also have the tracking number so any updates will also appear there. Unfortunately, as you did not follow this up, the parcel is on its way back to us.
For reference your order was placed on 30.11.25, dispatched on 2.12.25 and attempted delivery on 3.12.25
You will be issued a refund minus the postal costs as we have shipped correctly and given you all the information needed for you to be available to accept the delivery.

Next day delivery cost and let down
Absolutely love Mallet products...
However when you pay for next day delivery you expect it next day, I emailed asking where my items was to only get we are bust and orders may be delayed, so I should of just saved my money and got them on a normal delivery at no extra cost, poor customer service
