DPD not great!
Bought a pair of shoes on the Black Friday sale. Unfortunately DPD don’t know how to use a ring doorbell & just knocked the porch door. I work nights so missed my delivery twice apparently. I then received an email to say my order was being returned & refunded (still awaiting refund) I then had to order again & pay full price! Not a great experience

We use DPD tracked secure pin code service. The pin code & tracking number are sent four times in total to the customer on both email and SMS: the day the order leaves the warehouse and again on the hour slot the following working day. The pin code has to be given to the driver to complete the delivery. If the delivery fails, you must reschedule within 24 hours via the DPD website, otherwise it will be returned to us for a refund minus the postal costs, as we have shipped correctly and given you all the information needed for you to be available to accept the delivery.
