The item received was too big and customer service tried every way possible not give a refund. It cost nearly as much as the original item to return the item to China and I’ve still not received a refund! Don’t buy from this company!!

Ordered a pair of jeans, then tried to cancel the order after seeing reviews. They said the order could not be cancelled as the parcel had been dispatched. They then said that they were out of stock. They took my money and promised a refund however after many follow up emails I have not received a refund and now the emails bounce.

Returned clothes and they suddenly stopped responding.
Got no refund of course.

Shocking avoid at all cost.
Over 4 months trying to get refund. Goods supplied poorest quality. Copied dress made for peanuts in China. Tried to offer discount but even if the clothes were free I wouldn’t have them.
Reporting to trading standards and having to use bank to try and recover my refund.
Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!

I wish I’d looked on trustpilot before ordering! Dress arrived but was way too small compared to the sizing guide, and the material was see-through. I asked to return it, and 12 emails back and forth later and the company still hadn’t provided the return address. I was offered a 15% refund initially and to keep the dress, then a 20% refund. I declined both, and asked for a 50% refund to avoid having to send it back to China (as they have no warehouse in the uk). After no reply I finally claimed a full refund via PayPal.
After this I received an email from the company saying they had already refunded me and my refund from PayPal was a duplicate refund and I had violated terms and conditions. They absolutely had not refunded me anything!
Don’t touch this company or its products. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal.

Order arrived very, very late, poor communication from company who eventually told me national day of China had delayed shipping; no where on their site does it state they ship from China!!!! Dress was awful, material thin, threads everywhere and awful fit. Then advised I could have a refund but I would be liable to pay the £25 return postage, eventually offered a 30% refund which I am still waiting for 15 days later. Avoid , avoid, avoid!

Ordered some jeans about 2 months ago, I kept asking where they were only to finally be told that they were actually out of stock but that for some reason I was able to buy them on the website, even though I got an email saying that they were in transit. Asked for a refund and was told that the funds "have left their account" but I still haven't been refunded after 2 weeks so that's obviously not going to happen. Complete sham please don't order from them like I did!!

I ordered a dress online from there for a wedding, firstly it arrived late and then the quality of the dress is really poor. The hems look like they’ve been cut, material very thin and there are loads of threads hanging out the seams.

Return costs almost as same as the dress itself due to location - avoid this place!

The quality of the trousers is awful. Stitching all over the place. They don't fit properly. Advertised showing back pockets but there aren't any.
I've asked for a refund and a returns label but they are refusing, saying it will cost me £20-£30 to return.
I'm contacting my bank.

It is not based in Uk and you cannot return anything as no instructions are made available on how to do this.

I ordered a pair of vintage wide leg pants, the item I received is cheap polyester shapeless crap, I’m fuming please can someone advise me on how I can get my money back please as they are saying that the awful pair of dressing up costume material trousers are what I ordered.

Items are not shipped from the UK, I've been waiting 15 days since ordering and still haven't received my items. Customer service say it should be 12 days. Website shipping information unclear- it should state how long delivery time is, not how quickly they are ship! False advertising...

My order arrived after weeks of delay and the sizing was a little out, but reasonably ok.
The material is bad, but the description mentions the type of material. The got that right, at least!

The item is not as advertised, though, since it shows pockets (non-functional) on the back of the pants. Mine had nothing, which changes the style fundamentally, and I contacted Malone-London for a return for that reason.

They will not commit to sending a free return label, even though, this can't get more obvious - I have sent them photos of their own website and my item, which only caused them to remove the photo from their website and insist that their item is as described.

I saw other reviews with their comment that they never sold any pants (like the ones I purchased) - guess what, I still have the screenshot from their website as evidence!

They also seem to trade under different names, such as Sam-wear and Hilda.

I have now contacted my bank!

After using their online size guidelines I ordered a dress but it didn’t fit properly. I emailed asking to return the product and they stated it would cost £25-£30 to return the product (!) - same price as the dress in the first place. They offered to send me another dress a different size for an additional amount £12.95 (original dress cost £30). I’m not sure how a company that ships to the UK can justify return costs at £25-£30 and if this is the cost then they need to clearly state this on their return policy.

Overall - do not take the risk of buying product from this website

If I could give zero I would! Company from china goods took nearly a month to arrive. Impossible to get a refund as they provide a tracking number which shows no information other than it being held up in customs. Impossible to return as it would cost more to send back to china and impossible to get a refund .

Material of dress was quite frankly shocking. It would have been better from Temu or SHEIN (which says a lot in itself ) . Don’t trust the good website or name. Complete sham!

Scammers. Fake Trustpilot quotes on their website. 'Jeans' were poor quality polyester. Company is based in China not UK and returns process was non existent with courier charges costing more than the items. Do not buy!

Response to Malone’s latest reply: This is absolutely untrue. The items I ordered were ‘Estela Wide Leg Design Jeans’ and ‘Teresa Vintage-inspired Style Wide Leg Pants’.

Despite the returns policy stating that buyers had the right to withdraw from the purchase they continually tried to avoid confirming the returns process. I have now returned the items but am still waiting for my refund.

Cheap material and nothing like the images on their website.

Awful company.
Takes ages to be delivered and terrible cheap quality.
Unable to return without costing more then I paid for the item as goes to china.
DO NOT PURCHASE.

Paid! No updates, no goods.
Asked for a refund, which was processed very quickly, thank goodness. But really, this site is a scam, with fake Trustpilot review on site.

SCAM. exactly the same as Hilda mode. Awful products that aren't at all what they are explained as on the website.
Take ages to even come. Then can't be returned. It's all fake. It has the exact same stuff on the website as hilda mode
