Placed an order and was received all ok.
Contacted them to see if I was able to exchange an item.
I was told it was possible if I covered the cost of shipping, which was all fine.

I had some problems receiving their emails so I contacted them on Facebook.
When I replied back to see how I went about this I had no response.
I sent them messages via email and Facebook. Also sent my contact number, still nothing.
To this day still haven’t heard back.

Very poor customer service.

I highly recommend Malt & Brew. I recently purchased three glasses as gifts and they absolutely fantastic. I will be purchasing more for myself. The glasses are weighted perfectly, look amazing and feel great in the hand. Postage was very fast and the packaging ensured the glasses arrived intact.

Gorgeous glassware and the shipping was super fast.

Quality glass awesome experience opening it, unfortunately I’m in wa and paid for express post and had to wait but due to Rona crapola it’s understandable

I was looking for a special gift (whiskey glass) for my best mate when I stumbled upon Malt & Brew online, great website great pricing & delivery was superb. I live in Vancouver British Columbia Canada & this made it so easy for me to have this bought & delivered.
Even though I couldn't touch my product it was well advertised with size & colours etc.

The Japan Inspired Hammer glasses I ordered were disappointing, they seem lower quality than pictured with a clear seam on one side. They were also cloudy so I had to clean them which is not ideal when they are a gift. Also the wooden box isn't as pictured with Edo Glass and Japanese characters on it, it is rebranded as Malt & Brew, which is fine as that is their business but don't picture something on the website that doesn't actually look like that in reality.

Disappointed in the quality of the glasses, especially the mountain glasses. If my husband's birthday hadn't been the day after they arrived I would have bought him something different.

Thanks for the prompt postage of my items, they were here in time for my friends 50th which was fantastic. One of the glasses I bought my husband had a defect in it. I have bought 5 glasses as a gift to a friend. One of them has a crack and 2 of them have big bubbles! I believe the quality and price are not matching!
