I kept an eye on the site until the month finished.
The fact that you try to come out like this with lies after ignoring all my emails just proves you are an unworthy company.

I reached the top 10 in the Super Mama game last month, which according to Mama Kana’s own rules should entitle me to a prize.
However, I never received any email or prize. I have contacted their customer service multiple times via email and Instagram, but received no response at all.
This is very disappointing, as it gives the impression that the competition is not being properly managed or that winners are simply ignored.
I would appreciate a clear response and a proper resolution to this situation.
If this gets resolved, I am happy to update this review accordingly.

It feels like a scam
Avoid this brand at all costs. It feels like a scam.
I placed an order on 28/03, paid in full, and more than a week later I still have nothing. No delivery, no proper explanation, no accountability. Every time I try to contact them, they give lazy, vague responses that explain absolutely nothing.
They had no problem taking my money, but when it comes to fulfilling the order, they are completely unreliable. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and beyond frustrating. Customers deserve answers, not excuses. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company at all.

GLS: one of the worst couriers.
I just looked at the tracking of my order from March 26. It's now April 3 and the package is still in France. No express delivery!! Only reaching the delivery station and not leaving it.
GLS is one of the worst couriers, maybe you could change to a more reliable courier? You must really do something about this, this complaint comes back over and over again.

Very disappointing experience – not recommended

I returned two orders to this shop, both confirmed as delivered on February 2nd.
It has now been over 3 weeks and I have received:
• no refund
• no confirmation of receipt
• no response to my email sent 2 weeks ago
I even paid 12€ for return shipping, and since then I have been completely ignored.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. At this point, it feels like they are simply avoiding refunds.
I will now proceed with a chargeback and escalate this case further.

Regarding your previous communications, your email from 14/02 was answered within 2 days, your email from 16/02 was answered the same day, and your message sent today at 10:59 was replied to within a few hours. We therefore cannot confirm a lack of response from our side.
We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, especially after covering return shipping costs, but your case has been handled within normal processing timelines.
