Comfortable for postpartum/c section.
Normally wear a small but sized up to a medium.

I had a bit of a mix-up with my sizing, but the team at MammaBump made it so incredibly easy to resolve. Instead of the usual back-and-forth with returns, they took care of everything immediately so I could get the right fit without the stress.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful soft material. Product very well made- great quality.

Great customer service, super helpful, responsive and supportive. I am yet to try the product as I had ordered the wrong size so doesn’t fit quite right for comfort, however I am incredibly happy with the service so far!

I’m extremely satisfied with this product. The postpartum belly band is of truly premium quality, comfortable, supportive, and clearly well-made. It made a noticeable difference during my recovery. What stood out just as much was the customer service; the representative I interacted with was very responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about my experience. I would highly recommend them to any new mother looking for reliable postpartum essentials.

Ordered a pump, didn’t open it and wanted to send back due to their 30 day return guarantee. They refused saying hygiene… which isn’t stated on their website. Wanted to give me a gift voucher and then I went through fair trading to get my money back and they ignored their emails too. Dodgy company.

Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience with this brand! I ordered their luna double pump but it didn’t arrive until after three weeks. I was in desperate need to pump milk for my newborn and so had to purchase another pump. Due to the fact that I no longer needed the pump I requested a return and refund to which they refused on grounds of health & safety! The product remains untouched from the delivery packaging as a well as the manufacturer’s packaging so . Their website clearly states there’s a 30 day return policy yet I was told the pumps aren’t returnable (not stated!). I then requested a refund because £137 is a lot of money to spend on a product that was never ever opened let alone used and I have been ignored! Such terrible customer service and the use of AI generated responses from them makes the brand so unauthentic. Reputable brands would have refunded me the money even if they did not want the product back. Sadly though this is not a reputable company especially when it comes from the customer service perspective . Momcozy, tommee tippee and nuby would have refunded the money and asked me to donate or gift the product to someone. Steer clear of mamma bump !!

Ordered post-partum healing bundle and loved the postpartum healing briefs so I ordered another 2-pack, but I ordered the wrong size. They offered to send me the correct size for free and keep the wrong size to give as a gift. Great customer service and the healing briefs are very comfy.

I recently ordered a breast pump and a belly band. Unfortunately, the belly band size was too small, but after contacting customer service, they have offered a replacement. Really appreciate how quick and helpful they were, and I’m due to receive the correct size soon.

As for the breast pump, it’s been a great purchase—very reasonable price and definitely worth it. I was lucky to grab it while it was on offer!

The sizing was confusing, as I was suggested a medium band which was too small. When measuring my waist I actually needed an L. It’s great, however, that the new band is a free gift. The customer service was also delayed, no response via email so I had to contact them on Instagram. I’m looking forward to having the correct band soon

I ordered the belly binder, postpartum underwear and ice pack. The belly binder turned out to be too small, i would definitely recommend sizing up. Im usually a size 4/6 which their sizing chart suggests a size small, so I ordered the small, It was much too small. Their customer service team was kind enough to replace the item for me and I opted for the large this time.

The postpartum underwear was very comfortable and supportive.

The MammaBump postpartum briefs are incredibly soft and gentle, perfect for sensitive skin after delivery. They stay in place, hold pads well, and don’t feel tight or irritating at all. Great for both C-section and vaginal recovery.

A bit pricey, but honestly worth having a few pairs — I wore them every day.

The quality of the compression postpartum underwear briefs are great! Very thick and offer support. They took a really long time to get here but I appreciate the quality and am excited to wear them!

Great product if you have the correct size, customer service is prompt with responding to any queries.

After giving birth, I realised the belly band I ordered was too small. I contacted their team explaining my situation, and they were incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive during such an important postpartum time.

Not only did they offer to send me a new size completely free of charge, but they also told me I could keep the original one instead of returning it. As a new mum recovering from a C-section, that level of generosity and care meant so much to me and made the whole process completely stress-free.

I ordered the postpartum belly band, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. The service team were quick to respond and offered the new send straight away with right size.looking forward to using the right size one.

The nursing bra is great but was way to small ordered a M, appears to be a quality material and can’t wait to get the proper size in replacement in a xl.

I ordered from Mamma bump and waited for 4 working days to get my order delivered (they claim 3-5 days working days delivery) - but nothing arrived so I emailed them and they responded (Mila) saying there’s been a delay with my order and they’ve escalated this to their manager (Emma) who will come back to me but no one responded after. I again sent a follow up email few days later only to hear back nothing from them. Then I messaged them on instagram a week later and someone responded saying that the good i ordered is out of stock and will prioritise shipment once its been restocked.. what on earth!!?! At this point, I was 4 weeks post partum worrying my milk supply is reducing…… What a shit company. Why take orders when the good has been out of stock!? Never knew of a company doing this. Not sure if the order ever gets delivered but I told them to cancel and refund my money which they did.. but reading all these reviews, they should be banned from doing business. Taking advantage of vulnerable women during and post pregnancy. Very cruel!!!!!

Great customer service, offered a replacement when I was unsure of size. Quality of post partum products is good and price range is reasonable and they offer bundles and discounts regularly.
