Never again.I ordered twice and had issues with both orders. Damaged products, missing paid products, run out products after made the order. Package left on the street in front of the door. Unfortunately their customer services is poor too. My friends had the same issues, that’s why I definitely say never again.

I have been buying from MammaPack for nearly a year now and they are wonderful!

Really bad, two times in a row the pack arrived late ( more than two weeks to arrive) and the second one with half of the goods. They have paid back the difference, but still it was a Xmas present and it arrived late and with half of the things I ordered.

The packaging and delivery were pretty good as you could expect from this kind of merchant. But when opening the boxes I found out that 2 items were missing and 4 (pandoro) were replaced by panettone without asking if that was fine. Then there was a moldy Topolino comics from 40 years ago (why? as a compensation for the missing and wrong items?). Moldy. I notified them 3 times the issue via their website and no reply after more than a month. On their website I found also the picture of an item not matching the description, that is one more point confirming the idea of unreliability and superficiality of this seller. Useless to say they lost a customer.

Dopo aver aspettato 7 giorni per l'allestimento dell'ordine (che e' cominciato solo dopo aver contatto il supporto), qualcosa e' arrivato, ma quasi la meta' della merce manca.

Immagino abbiano problemi e ritardi durante l'allestimento degli ordini, oltre al fatto che manchino prodotti in assortimento.

Avevamo prenotato a Novembre proprio per evitare il traffico Natalizio. Ma non e' servito a molto

Fatto sta' che ho speso quasi un'ora a capire cos'e' che manca, fare la lista, foto e riscrivere al supporto.
Dopo un''altra settimana, il supporto ancora non ha risposto.

Mi spiace per le 2 stelle, dato che la prima volta era andata molto meglio, ma stavolta e' stato un mezzo disastro, e non so ancora quando riavro' un rimborso

After waiting 7 days for the order preparation (which started only after contacting the support), something arrived, but almost half of the goods are missing.

I guess they have problems and delays during the preparation of orders, in addition to the fact that they lack products on the shelves.

We had booked in November just to avoid the busy Christmas period. But it didn't do much good

The fact is that I spent almost an hour figuring out what's missing, making the list, taking pictures and rewriting the support.
After another week, the support still hasn't responded.

I'm not an Italian but I like a lot of Italian products. I usually buy some of them here in Holland but the choice is not great. So one day I found Mammapack on the internet.
Everything went perfectly, within a few day I had my parcel at home. It was packed in a very good way. Nothing got broken.
In my opinion the prices are rather low comparing to the prices here in Holland and the shipping cost wasn't high.
Moreover I got a surprise Donald Duck book for the kids. An Italian friend of my son has enjoyed it a lot. Thank you!!

Worst customer service ever! I’m waiting from almost 2 months my box and nobody is replying to emails! How do you think to do business? I’ll report you, this is SCAM!

It was a really good experience, wide selection of products, prices reasonable and the service was really good. All was packed carefully, we ordered a few bottles and nothing arrived broken. We will buy for sure with them soon.

Worst experience ever. The pack arrived after one month, and most of the products were destroyed. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for weeks, left many messages, but no one replied or called me back. Incredibly bad service, please avoid this company, there are much better options!

Order taking more 3 weeks to arrive (obviously the food has gone bad in the meanwhile)
Impossible to get the company on the phone.
Couldn’t be less happy with the service.

I have been waiting on my parcel since almost a month and last week I got a UPS notification saying it had been sent back because of missing documents. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for over a week now but after 5 emails and several calls I still didn’t hear anything from them. Very poor service and communication! I hope to hear from them for a refund at least..

I appreciated the variety of the offer, the reasonable prices, and the quality of the goods ordered. The shipment was on time, everything ordered arrived (it was a long list), and the only reason I haven't made a new order is that am still happily consuming what was in the first shipment.
