I really love getting my mammapack
I really love getting my pack, everytime! It's always very well packed and the variety and quality of the offer is great. I had a little problem with a pack because of Brexit over the new year's days but who didn't have any? Here in Ireland it is currently a mess finding a lot of items right now, either from Italy or UK. My last pack though -arrived yesterday- was days earlier than scheduled!
I can't recommend more!

How long Do I have to wait to get my pack? i've placed the order on the 3rd December and today 31/12 I didn't receive my pack. Is unbelievable, this is not a good service....so we make Italy and Italian companies look bad. I trusted and i was wrong
I did my first order but I will not make another one for sure. Is there a customer service? Why don't you tell me when the package arrives?

Poorly packed
The products I have ordered were not packed properly and some of the products inside were damaged. They made difficult the reimbursement (I had a partial one) so I won't order from them anymore.

Highly recommended
One of the best experiences in terms of food/groceries delivery. As an Italian living in UK I sometimes need certain products which English supermarket don't provide. The pack doesn't have the fastest delivery service however it's worth the wait. They also added two small presents: a pack of Garofalo spaghetti and Topolino (Italian version of mickey mouse comics). I will surely use them again.

Order proceed on 7th July and delivery scheduled by 16th July in UK.
On 16th I received an Instagram pv msg from a client from Austria saying that he has my mammapack order. INCREDIBLE!!!!!
After sponken with mamapack customer service they promised me to solve the problem by 24 and inform me by email: I NEED RECEIVED EMAIL from them!!!!
I called today asking a QUICK REFUND because they have not solved yet the inconvenience and they don't know HOW SOLVE THIS PROBLEM YET!!!
They promised to send a quick refund BUT I'VE not received it yet!
So:
- problem solving: 1 star
- customer service: 1 star
- personal experience with mammapack: HORRIBLE.
