Manchesterwindowfactory Reviews

We used MWF after a recommendation and seeing their work elsewhere. The standard of work is top class and the staff are professional and approachable.

Great sales team and communication. Ged did a brilliant job on the stained window design and the lads did a fist class job fitting the windows and the door. All clean and tidy.
Couldn't be better.
Really pleased with the results
I have recommended MWF to several people already!

MWF installed seven new windows around our house, including bathroom and bedrooms - very happy with the quality and installation process, and the end product looks great. Good people to deal with.

MWF arrived on time and the two fitters were polite, efficient and tidy and completed the job promptly.
No hard sell, which I really liked and great value for money. My new windows look great. Would definitely recommend.

Second time we have used this company to replace windows on our Victorian property. They are very sensitive to the period style and look of the original windows...and both the hardwood and UPVC sash-window replacements we have had fitted have been excellent in keeping the original 'look' of the house. Which was very important to us..and should be important to anyone with a period property. The fitters and sales team were knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. Very happy with both the experience of ordering and the work they have carried out for us. Great work at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend...and have done.

Absolutely fantastic service from MWF from beginning to end. We can't fault them. Really pleased with the final product. Extremely slick instillation and left the house neat and tidy. Thanks team!

Used this company in the past and they have always been great. I called in recently to ask if they would look at a dodgy lock on an older door that they hadn’t installed. They sent someone round next working day and it was fixed in 5 minutes. Fantastic service.

They were polite and prompt at all times. Keeping me abreast of the installation date and slight tweek needed for the design.
Brian and Mike were very friendly and left nearly no mess despite the old windows and the dirt that comes with 120 year old windows.
Most importantly the windows themselves look great. Almost identical to the old sash ones.
Highly recommended.

I would recommend the Manchester Window Factory over and over again - their customer service is excellent, the team that fitted the windows were great (arriving when they said they would and leaving everything tidy at the end of the day) and they've done a fab job. We've already had positive comments from neighbours. Highly recommended!

Great experience from start to finish.

Have used MWF before, very happy with experience this time, and will definitely use MWF again when needed for other windows in the house.

MWF installed my windows and doors in 2021, I am delighted with my purchase and the customer service I received from ordering to installation was absolutely amazing.

With regards to customer service, MWF are excellent and really do go above and beyond in assisting their customers. Over the recent bank holiday, I had to call MWF for help and advice, and I have to say they were fantastic and very responsive even though the office was closed. They responded within 30 minutes and attended my property where they were able to resolve my issue. I have to say it is the best customer service I have ever received.

I would strongly recommend MWF and many thanks to Danny and Ash for all your help.

From the initial meeting through to installation of our windows and doors MWF were brilliant. They explained everything in detail and provided us with a range of options and styles. A visit to their shop in Altrincham to finalise our requirements was extremely helpful and informative. The installation team (Chris, Aaron and Dylan) were fantastic. Very professional, organised, and neat and tidy. And all to plan and schedule.

Beautiful very well made windows, very in keeping with my Victorian cottage.
The fitters were very clean and tidy and cleared any mess.
Ash was extremely helpful and was on hand and at all times. Thank you

MWF were excellent from the initial visit to the final fitting. Chris and Ryan did a great job.
We are very pleased with the work and would certainly recommend MWF.
Mr Warrington, Hale

MWF made the process of replacing 2 bay windows and another large window very easy. No hard sell, very helpful, informative staff, quick turnaround time. Windows were installed with minimum disruption, on date given. One glazed panel had a slight crack but was reordered immediately and replaced quickly. Would highly recommend MWF.

Beautiful sliding sash windows. Excellent customer service and communication, from initial email enquiry through to a visit to the showroom, and then the windows being fitted. The team kept me up-to-date over the phone with how my order was progressing and gave me plenty of notice on the installation date. The whole process of ordering the windows and them being fitted was smooth and easy. I am very happy and the windows look great.

This is the third time we’ve used MWF. With excellent service before we didn’t look anywhere else this time, and went straight to them. The price is very competitive, no hard sell, just a quote that doesn’t chance. Very honest friendly staff. The fitters are polite, arrive when stated, and clear up absolutely everything! There is minimal mess, or disruption to the room being worked on. Communication between emails is good. Can’t praise the company enough!

MWF were great throughout. A quick quote and installation. The fitters were friendly and did a great job

Really great experience, friendly and helpful team who went above and beyond to support the quote/order and installation process. Pricing lower than other quotes with extremely high quality window with good timescales from order to install. Fitting quick and importantly tidy the house was left looking perfect. Thank you!

Great company to deal with, always kept me informed throughout the process. The door itself looks fabulous, from the inside it compliments my new kitchen and from the outside the colour is bang-on trend and looks very secure. I am very happy with it! :O]
