Buyer beware!

In my opinion, dont entrust your property with these guys.
It is a major scam.
I am not exactly sure who is doing their reviews but there is no way what is being said in the reviews is the truth.
Please do not let them pick up your valuables without knowing exactly the full cost.
Apparently the cost of picking your items in £380, and then they add exhorbitant prices for each item. Their invoice is about twice as much as any comparable service I have used for door to door service.
They dont label, box, protect or track. Apparently once the van is full and back to their warehouse they can identify ownership through memory.
I have also heard from a colleague in East London who had a worse experience than mine. Hopefully our shared experience will save your property and hard earned cash. There are far better alternatives.
I will update the reviews in a few days (with invoices and correspondence) as I dont think this is the end of the nightmare.
I made a huge mistake, sharing so you dont have to.

We also provide detailed estimates upon request based on dimensions of packages, ensuring complete transparency. These quotes are provided by our customer service team and not our drivers.
In your booking you stated we were collecting 5 Extra Large boxes. However when our team got to your address they were given 22 packages including small items which could have been repacked into bigger boxes to save cost.
2. Proper Labeling and Tracking: We take great pride in our shipping process. All items are properly labeled and tracked to ensure safe delivery. Many of our customers have expressed satisfaction with this aspect of our service.
3. Terms and Conditions: Prior to collection, we send our terms and conditions to all customers. It’s important to us that our clients fully understand our services, and we encourage everyone to read these documents carefully.
4. Collection Cost: The £380 mentioned for collecting items is not a standard charge. There is a fee associated with specific circumstances, such as long-distance collection. For example, if we travel from Manchester to London to collect packages and later you choose not to ship it, we must charge for the collection service. Collections services are not free. This was clearly community via email on 17th of August 2026 with subject line “We have received your collection request…”. We encourage our customers to review these details to avoid misunderstandings.

Great 1st experience
The convenience of barrel been picked up from home, the collection driver was lovely and kept in touch with eta to house. Making the initial payment was easy but the pricing threw me off had to query which I then understood the cost. My choice of barrel size was wrong so was more in price thats fine but there is also the added extra because its heavy I think 🤔 but we know barrels will definitely be heavy so in future they should just let the barrel price reflect that so no misunderstanding or confusion when given the final bill.
The person on the phone and Instagram message and email were very helpful and I appreciated that. I was nervous because it was the first time using them and thankfully it went smooth. The receiver collected from Kasao warehouse and had no problem. Also got to Ghana on time and while I was there but I left before collection was really happy with that service. Definitely would use them again base on this experience. Thank you

Manc global doesn’t deserve even a star , I used them last year and I haven’t regretted so much till I used them , they over charged me as stuff was collected before I made payment and they were so rude on the phone with one telling me to shut up ! Rather unprofessional

My items were shipped separately even…
My items were shipped separately even though there was a statement for guaranteed before Christmas delivery. My wife had to arrange with family to stick around for collections. The items were also very messy as the packaging was no longer intact. Hope the team does better on the delivery of my current shipment.
