Scammed again, why don’t I read reviews before buying? Waver received but didn’t work and no response from the company

I purchased the waver and it stopped working on the 2nd use. Contacted the company 3 times with no response.

Scam, purchased a month ago, tracking link is fake, no reply to emails, my bank are now investigating them for fraud.

Scam site unfortunately - do not buy

SCAMM Same as all other reviews unfortunately. Package never came. Tracking links don't work. no answers after a message 'that they understand that i'm anxious and the package will arrive asap'

Complete scam!
My waver never arriverd.. They will send you a track and trace that doesn't work and tell you your package will be coming real soon.
Really sad to steal money from people who want to invest in a good product

Bought the mane paris waver in pink, never arrived. Contacted customer services who kept telling me to wait longer, weeks went by, tracking never worked and customer service not helpful...

Eventually asked for a refund and had repeated emails telling me i was at the top of the que for a refund and how sorry they were.

The refund never ever materalised after months of emails.

Eventually went through paypal to claim money back. Do not buy from this company. Total nightmare.

Item never arrived, tracking link did not work, had email to apologise and they would escalate blah blah and now have gone silent and stopped responding
I have contacted my bank for full refund as clearly been scammed

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I received a very cheap-looking product from a completely different brand than expected, with poor build quality and packaging arriving in bad condition. The item felt so fragile and low quality that I did not feel comfortable even plugging it in.

What made the experience worse was the lack of timely customer support and the difficulty getting a return label despite being told one would be provided. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience and I would strongly recommend others think twice before ordering.

Zero. Scam! Same experience as the poster below. Cheap plastic tool with rough paint and the plates don’t match up well. Very flimsy. Meant to be ‘designed’ in Paris. Website very smart and convincing again with decent videos of the product being used. Not the same tool as what arrived.
I bought the waver and the packaging was tacky and saying YaFei and described as ‘Chicken rolls curling stick. I commented on an Instagram post questioning this and within moments comments were disabled. I messaged but no response. I have asked for a refund four times but no reply. The plug is not UK compliant and there is no fuse. Don’t been conned.

Scam! Supposedly ‘designed in Paris’. They make a big thing of this. Photo of the two founders etc. Website very smart and convincing. Featured in Allure, Vogue etc. I bought the mermaid waver and when it arrived (took weeks) the packaging was generic and saying YaFei and described as ‘Chicken rolls curling stick’. So Parisian! I have reported them to Instagram but nothing will be done I assume. I will throw these away, £50 down the drain, as I don’t trust that they are safe.

It is very clearly that they drop ship items that you can buy way cheaper on aliexpress. Poor quality. Terribly cheap packaging not even from their brand!? Don't buy it!

Scam business- do not buy from there.

Really low quality product. I contacted them to start the return process and either emails sent via links on their website have bounced back or other emails and a message via instagram have been ignored. I have been scammed
