Time burglars

One package I ordered never showed up and the other took about 10 days. Online chat and WhatsApp are both poor - you have to stay on the chat and wait unless it gets closed. This is unnecessary - other companies let you reply when you want. I had to wait in phone queues also. In the end I went out and bought the items from the actual shops. DON'T BUY ANYTHING ONLINE - they will waste your time and create an issue for you.

I’ve been contacting Mango customer…


I’ve been contacting Mango customer service since the first week of January to resolve an issue with my account, but all I receive are empty promises. The customer service experience has been extremely poor—no one provides a clear answer about my issue.

I even asked how long it would take to resolve my problem after waiting for two weeks, and the agent simply replied, “when the department knows!” This is unacceptable.

My request is very simple: I want to know why my likes are not reflecting on the Likes You Club.

I genuinely love Mango’s products, but customer service should match the quality of the brand. At this point, I expect a proper resolution, not just vague responses.

Unhelpful Customer Service

I tried to place an order but would not accept my email address. Contacted customer service and only advice was that I should create a new email or go directly to the store. Ignored most of the questions I asked so as result of how rude I felt they were I didn’t bother placing order. Reading reviews here, I think that was right decision.

First and last time i’ll be ordering…

First and last time i’ll be ordering online.
Quoted 3-6 days delivery and the order hasn’t arrived. In fact it states online that it hasn’t even been despatched but won’t allow me to cancel! Online customer service is absolutely rubbish. Reverted to leaving a message on Facebook. After reading other reviews it looks as though this is going to be a saga. Very poor.

Controversial experience

I love Mango products and their good quality. Basic style that is suitable for office wear. However shipping progress when ordering online was insane that it quoted 5-7 days but I received it after nearly a month. But the refund was super quick that money seemed to come back to my account immediately when my return postage arrived at their warehouse.

Poor service, very slow misleading delivery

I love Mango products but the service is so hit and miss! Unfortunately, this time again it's a miss. They quote 2-5 days delivery. It's been over a week and my order hasn't even reached the courier depot. Goodness knows when it'll arrive.
