Great customer service. Unlike other competitor sites, they always attend to my problems and questions efficiently, and politely. Just had a huge issue due to a mistake that i thought was unresolvable, and the CEO himself personally helped me. Cannot recommend enough as a TF2 fan. HIGHLY TRUSTWORTHY

Prices are cheaper than the steam community website and they offer a load of different ways to be able to pay

I became a victim of a sophisticated phishing scam where €650 was stolen from my credit card and unauthorizedly spent on Mannco.store. The scammers used this platform to instantly launder the stolen money into digital gaming skins.

I have already contacted the team on IG and officially filed a cybercrime report with the police. My bank has also initiated a formal chargeback procedure.

I urgently demand that Mannco.store freezes the fraudster's account immediately, holds the digital assets, and fully cooperates with my bank and the police investigation to return my funds. Please escalate this case to a senior manager.

I had an encounter where one of the trade bots did not send me a trade offer. Unknown at the time the bot was blocked without me blocking it due to either extensions or perhaps by mistake. Mannco support team stuck with me through the entire process and educating me how it works. They were also very fast at responding to support claims. I highly recommend reaching out if you have problems with their website.

It is a wonderful experience every time! I even get profit when selling the keys I buy on here on the steam community market. Plus the delivery is basically instant and the keys are tradable immediately.

I've been using this site for about a year now and I think it's pretty great because the prices are way cheaper compared to marketplace.tf. However, one kind of annoying feature they added recently was some kind of transaction verification process. Let's say you buy some items. You don't get them traded to you automatically anymore. You have to wait some amount of time for a staff member to approve your transaction. This process can take up to twenty-four hours.

Honestly, I've never had to wait that long. The longest was probably 5 hours. But it's just a little irritating since it wasn't a thing before. Though, I was told it was just to monitor fraudulent activity, which makes sense, to be honest.

I would've given it 5 stars if it weren't for the transaction hold thing. 'Cause aside from that, their prices are good, and the bots themselves are quick to send you trades, so I would recommend using this site.

Attempted to buy $30 worth of keys from this website, immediately afterwards, my payment was held for manual review (nowhere is it disclosed that this is a possibility when attempting to purchase items through their website).

About 4 hours later, I reached out via a support ticket to see if they could let me know how long the review will take or if they could just cancel the review and refund me, the CEO of the website then proceeded to tell me that I never paid for anything on his website and my card was not charged, and when I proved to him my card was indeed charged, he called me a "retard" and banned me from contacting them again.

If you're wondering how this god awful website was hacked in 2024, the answer is, the CEO is a scummy egotistical loser. Put your money into this website and expect to never see it again! :)

*edit: Alex, the slimy POS CEO, banned me from the website for the reason "scammer" because I made this review then implied to me that if my payment ends up going through, he's not refunding me and will keep my account banned, effectively stealing the money I deposited into the website. Go figure!

This website is going to shit.

This is my honest and very complete review of my experience with Mannco.Store. I've been using it for years and, when I first found it, I genuinely saw it as one of the best places to buy and sell my items. Unfortunately, the website has been slowly decaying over the years, and it keeps getting worse.

1. The support staff is extremely unprofessional Most of the time, you don't get actual support—you get template responses. DemonKraken and Feefre have both given me the exact same response, word for word, on different occasions regarding the same issue. When you ask for further clarification or help, they either ignore you or give dismissive responses. At one point, the guy demonKraken literally told me to "re-read my response." Who tf does this in customer support?
2. My items were stuck for two months The site had issues with some of its bots being temporarily banned. Thats fine, happened on other websites too. but because of that, my taunts and two unusuals were locked for almost two months. For two whole months they had the opportunity to either refund me or return the items through another bot, but instead they chose to make me wait while I repeatedly said I could take the refund in cash. Apparently spending five minutes looking into the case was too much effort.
3. Payment delays. I once had to wait about 24 hours for a payment. To be fair, this only happened once despite many transactions, so it wasn't a huge issue by itself. Still annoying, but not a deal breaker.

4. Now my funds are stuck too This is the final straw. Not only were my items stuck before, but now my money is stuck as well because of "issues with the payment providers." I've been trying to withdraw around $200 through PayPal and I can't. There is no ETA, no staff id useless and instead of offering a solution, they actual recommend you not to contact support again. This is a complete joke.

Every year there seems to be a new major issue affecting users, and every year it takes weeks—or months—to get fixed. And let's not even talk about Alex. If you confront him or prove him wrong, don't be surprised if the conversation turns hostile.

The sad part is that the website itself isn't even the main problem. The problem is the people running it. The only staff members I've consistently had good experiences with are the Community Manager and Sparta. I honestly wish they were the ones handling more of these issues.
It's a shame watching a business with so much potential get dragged down by poor management, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer care.

And as soon as I get my cashout funds back (if I even will) its going to be the last time using this service.

Great support, helped me with problem

I would highly suggest you AVOID this site if you plan on selling. They CONSTANTLY have "issues" with cashout methods. And the methods that have issues are conveniently the normal ones like PayPal.

Their response to when these outages happen? "No eta". Then they flat out tell you to not contact support. It's extremely fishy. I feel it's designed to cause you to give up and just spend your funds on the site or use one of the methods that requires you to make an account and submit all your info. Go to the subreddit for Mannco.store or their Discord, people are ALWAYS having issues with this and support brushes them off.

I have a decent amount of money that basically held hostage on their site at the moment. For days I've tried to use PayPal, every single day it's "unavailable". I've used their site quite a bit and I've been more patient in the past but this is the last straw. If/when I'm able to get my money back, it'll be the last time I ever use this site.

Just bought 3 items for TF2.
While Marketplace.tf didn't accept my card due to "wrong billing address", this site has not only accepted the same address I inputted previously, but also delivered my purchases within a minute after payment.
Just remember to set up your steam trade URL before buying anything.

Pretty good, to be honest. Sure some things are expensive as crap, but there are some good prices and I wouldn't have it any other way. It has plently items that other sites mostly won't have.

Very good but it gets super annyoing when i accidently decline the trade the bot blocks me for ”24 hours” sometimes becuse of that i have a stress that my item could be stolen or something but overall good 9/10
