note that a lot of steam scammers make use of this website in order to scam people, so there will be negative reviews from people who were scammed by third parties.
having otherwise used it to cash out some of the more valuable items in my inventory, the site has never failed, even when it's lagged out, the transactions have shown up after a while of it figuring itself out. has never missed a single item or penny and anyone with a steam inventory can sell on it. strong recommendation over any other method of cashing out.

I intended to sell my items on this site and sent them to mannco.store, came back to this site later and found that they had "deleted" over $100 worth of items I owned. I just hope they actually deleted them and didn't pawn them off but I guess I'll never know.
No warning other than on the site itself. I thought my items were safe on the site, they were not.

We have requested additional information from you, so we can look into your case specifically.
Regarding the item removals.
Know that at Mannco we believe that users should not be limited in amount of items they would like to list for sale on our site. Unlike other sites, where users are being forced to pay for additional item space, at Mannco we are paying for all the space that a user wants to have, to sell their items.
However, know that we have been experiencing bad actors over the past years, that were filling our bots with plenty of items that were basically worthless, just to make it harder for us to offer free and unlimited space to Mannconians, as we received bad reviews regarding users that were not able to list the many popular, daily selling, items they wanted.
That's why we had to take a measure, to make sure those that use our space for storage, or try to fill the bots with worthless stuff, will be countered. Therefore we added the rule where items will be deleted that are being unpriced, unlisted while on Mannco.store for more than 3 months.
Bot space is expensive and there's a lot of our resources and money going into making sure everybody is able to sell their unlimited amounts of items. People making that even harder by using our valuable space for their item storage, obviously isn't right and against our TOS.
While doing any action on Mannco.store, you have to agree to our TOS, which does state that Mannco.store has the right to delete and remove virtual items that are not priced or listed after three months. We believe that 90 days is enough of a time for users to either withdraw or list their items for sale at Mannco.
Besides, we are having daily site notifications in place when your items are almost about to be removed, urging you to take action on your items that are being stored; against our TOS.
Hope that helps in understanding why we have this rule in place. We understand this rule isn't ideal and it's never nice to lose your items or giveaway rewards, however we see no other option currently as we simply can't exist and would need to make users pay for their item space, which we certainly don't want.
Don't hesitate to contact our support if you have any questions and again, if you want us to look into your specific case and see if there's a possibility of removing your ban, we'd like to hear from you.
