Our #1 mission is to have the cheapest items available, which we achieve by having the lowest fees for sellers, resulting in the cheapest items for buyers.
Regarding the cashout fees for sellers. Every cashout transaction requires fees from the payment processor. Depending the country, cashout option, conversion, these fees may differ per user, however, Mannco.store doesn't take any additional fees for cashouts.
Usually it helps to cashout higher amounts, as payment processors usually take a flat fee and a %. You can imagine that if the flat fee is 1$ for any cashout transaction, this is a much bigger percentage(%) on a 20$ cashout (5%) then it is on a 100$ cashout (1%).
Hope this explanation helps you understand the cashout fees a little bit more and helps you choose your cashouts wisely ;-)

Don't trust the phony 5 star reviews that say this website is great (it's not). I am a genuine human that can confirm this site is a sham. You buy what you are looking for just wait or not receive your item at all. I bought keys over 24 hours ago and have not received them and when I contacted support, I have been left on delivered for another 12 hours. If ease and reliance is what you're looking for in a marketplace, this is not the place.

Took me 4 business days to get access to my deposited funds, Opened multiple tickets simply requesting an eta for my funds and was met with the same response of “we are unsure, our payment team is behind on transactions”. Even considering martetplace.tf’s disgusting rep, it is 10x better and more user friendly to first time buyers, the most they will do is hold trades for 24 hours, unlike mannco store where they see no problem in having you wait over 72 hours not even to receive the trade but to even have access to YOUR funds that YOU deposited in the first place. I imagine there’s some security reason but it is incredibly inconvenient for skin enjoyers like myself and something worth mentioning because i don’t see it anywhere in these reviews or on their website.

Regarding verifications of purchases, Mannco.store is obliged to check high-risk transactions as it's a direct risk to our business.
Mannco.store is taking care of all the risks sellers usually have in peer-to-peer transactions, however, that means we are making sure our platform is safe, which means that we have to do additional checks on high-risk payments.
Therefore, on a minority of transactions, we have to do additional verification, which means manual reviewing the transactions and potentially asking for additional documents. Usually, verification takes up to 48 hours, however, most are done within 24 hours and actually much, much less time.
As we've seen a steep increase in user transactions and customers, using our services, we sometimes have to adapt to this workload. Unfortunately this meant a longer verification time than usual in your case, however, know that this is not the standart and that we are always doing our best to work through our workload as fast as we can.
The good news is, that after verification, all purchases will be instant without holds.

So far I have purchased 11 Team Fortress 2 cosmetics and have not received any. I understood that the first 6 items were not sent because I had recently changed my password, but I had already changed the other 5 items 8 days ago and could already exchange them again and I have not received any exchange proposal. I am not American and I had to spend 12 dollars to have the 11 skins and yes it is a great value, but I just want my skins, when I try to ask to resend the exchanges it does not go on the computer or on the cell phone. Scammers, paid for 15 keys and only recived 14, their website keeps weirdly glitching too, I barely even got the keys into my steam inventory from their inventory, really sketchy. Prices are good but its not worth the risk.

Most of the transactions are going through automatically, however, for example; if there's a high risk of potential fraud, we will have to check the transactions, because we'll put our service at risk if we don't.
