Tried to buy something
Tried to buy something, they spent four days 'reviewing' the order, then placed my money in my account on the website while sending me a message they sold the item to someone else.
I want my money back.
EDIT: This review is not 'unprompted', Mannco.store asked me to leave this review after sending me the message to the effect of "we don't have the item anymore you need to pay another fee on top of the fee you paid to withdraw your money from our website instead of refunding you in full :)", not sure why the review says unprompted.
EDIT 2: Since there's no way I'm getting all of my money back without paying this website more money, I'm just gonna give up.
Mannco.store is a scam. Do not try to buy items there, they'll be 'in review' then they'll trap your money in their store (because you can't 'Cash out' money you 'Deposited' into your 'Balance' after it gets into their system!) and make you pay more fees to get it out.

Nonetheless, We'd like to welcome you to Mannco.store! Even though you sound very upset and very likley are, We'd like to use our time to try and explain why things happened they way they happened.
Regarding item verifications; We are obliged to check on certain transactions as we are taking all the risks of the sellers on our platforms away. Unfortunately, on a daily bases, we're getting a lot of fraud attempts / scam attempts and we do need to address them, as it's a direct risk to the existence of Mannco.store and safety of Mannconians.
Verifications are usually done well within 24 hours by our team, however, we've seen a large increase in volume this summer and we're currently adapting to this increase in demand, meaning some verifications run for longer than 24 hours, to our own frustration aswell. This however, should be over very soon, as we are addressing this.
However, this doesn't help your case.
Reserving the item for you, until your transaction and account were verified, would've been the best solution, however there's multiple reasons as to why we don't reserve items anymore on transactions that are under review, such as, but not limited to;
- there being a lot of payments every day, that are being put under review. If we would reserve the items, while, in some cases we need additional documentation, depending on response times of users and Mannco, this could lead to seller items being on hold for several days. Obviously the seller would get frustrated if his item sale is on hold, especially when we will have to decline and refund the payment as the buyer hasn't succeeded verification;
- fast verification might sound nice, but if we verify someone that ends up being a fraud or scammer, that would be a direct risk to our services. It's very important to us that Mannco.store is a safe heaven and our sellers are protected.
Obviously, all of this doesnt help your case, however, we do hope it helps in understanding the 'why' to the verification process and why items are not being reserved.
We are dedicated and are working hard everyday to make our Mannconians, whether buyers or sellers; happy each and everytime they interact with Mannco's services.
Humans can be full of mistakes and us Mannco humans, are no different. Although we don't see the increased response time as a mistake, we are always looking to improve and are currently working towards faster verification times and you have our promise that we'll do our utmost best to serve our Mannconians well.
It's not that we love to do verifications, we are Obliged to do them to protect our services and to protect Mannconians; sellers aswell as buyers. Therefore, it feels a little unfair that you're caling Mannco.store a scam, while Mannco.store definitely isn't.
Not being able to cashout money that is deposited, is to avoid fraud on our platform, not a rule we like to have, but one that is very necessary to protect Mannco.store from prohibited activity.
That said, from now on you should have no issues buying and/or selling at Mannco.store and we hope you'll give us another chance.
Again, very sorry for bringing you frustration and inconvenience on your first ever purchase here at Mannco! We trust your next experience will be better!

Good experience, good business
I had a problem regarding purchasing more expensive items, I asked support and they nicely told me it was a problem on my banks end, I called them and told that you were flagged as risky, which is nonsense, everytime i bought keys or tickets, I always got the items I bought, though sometimes it was through multiple bots but accepting offers are easy so no big deal, one time yers ago I wanted to sell items, and the cash out didn't go that well, but with supports help, we concluded it was problem on paypal's end, we resolved the issue nicely, there is always for improvement, but for the most part, I am glad we have this website as an option for tf2 purchases, much cheaper than it is it's "competitor" marketplace tf

I love the site, user friendly, what I (think) to be good prices, its easy.. its nice. Only negative is that you usually buy the items from their bots (which makes it quick) but you don't buy from individual PEOPLE which I don't like. Either way, great site.
UPDATE: It's true that you do buy the items from real people, they usually sell their stuff there and the bots later sell them. I still love the site and it is the best site no doubt (along with Marketplace.tf and scrap.tf) for buying tf2 items quick.

Good site, cheap prices, horrible support
User friendly good site, with more than fair fees and cheaper prices than the other markets. But their support is extremly slow and simple issues are not even solvable by support but instead need to be taken up by devs/managment, taking much longer to resolve much of anything.

Absolutely a scam. My son traded his TF2 items and then Mannco would not release the items for him until he purchased over $100 of items! We kept asking for the items but they kept telling him he needed more and more. First it was $30, then $85 and then “oh just one more key”!!! They even asked for screen shots of bank accounts to verify money had been spent! Total scam. Do not trust them!!

Mannco.store staff will never ask you to deposit money, buy items, trade items for you to be able to 'release' your items.
By evaluating your review, it seems like you've fallen for a commonly used impersonation scam method. Make sure your Steam Account isn't compromised and never listen to anyone asking you to make purchases. Especially not if they claim to be Mannco Staff.
Use Mannco.store itself only for buying and/or selling items.
When buying items on Mannco.store, the items will be instantly delivered to your Mannco.store Inventory, where you can choose to re-sell or withdraw them to your Steam Inventory.
Hope this clears out some of the missunderstandings you might have.
