Recently order a Kaweco pen and converter, fast delivery but had a problem with fitting the converter. Thought I was going mad, another was sent promptly after first emailing about the issue. Resolved the problem, very happy with purchase. Would highly recommend.

A great service experience which will keep me coming back.
One sign of a good business is how they behave when things go wrong.
With my first order it turned out there was a stock error on the website and the pen I ordered wasn’t actually available with the nib I wanted.
However, I received a personal email from Dispatch Manager Louise only 20 minutes after my order confirmation apologising and explaining my options. I chose a different in stock nib and everything was sorted out very quickly and efficiently.
A great service experience which will keep me coming back.

Great collaborative exclusive from Retro 51 and Mann Inc
Love the look and feel of these cool tribute pens in retro 51’s vintage metalsmith finish. Thanks to Mann for collaborating on an innovative new exclusive after their previous series of Spitfire, Hurricane, and Lancaster WWII planes. Like the other Tornado rollerballs I have, it is a smooth writing pen with the 0.7 tip giving a nice medium-bold line.
I wasn’t sure about shipping to the US, but it was relatively fast and just as smooth and easy as the transaction with Mann. 5-stars for both Retro 51 and Mann on this one
