I think it’s such a useful tool in managing your online business. However , I noticed that sometimes the replies to comments have not been sent, which is a bit frustrating.It happens very rarely tho. Overall very satisfied with using manychat.

Charged for months after cancellation

I am extremely disappointed with ManyChat’s billing practices. I disabled all my subscriptions more than a month ago, yet they are still charging my card. My account (fb4062005) is clearly showing as inactive or cancelled, but the money keeps being taken from my account.

Not useful for medium to large accounts.

If you have a tiny social media following, this will work for you, but if you have a following of any size, the platform's code cannot operate properly, as they have not figured out how to work with Meta's API correctly.

Do not use it

Very bad company, first my reach went from hundreds of thousands to millions to a few thousand per reel on Instagram, then the same happened on Facebook after adding it to manychat. Today, my automations stopped working at all, received over 100 comments who are lost customers, and I can't even reach them. They have a useless AI assistant instead of real support.

Waste of time and expensive. They tricked me to think that they have tiktok connection and they took my email just to spam me but they know in advance The tick tock does not have what they offer so it's kind of a scam

I loved the customer's service.

I loved the customer's service.

I only used the tool for 1 o 2 months, for basic help. I believe I could have made a better use of it. However, when I canceled the suscription, customer's service was very helpful and did even reimburse my automatic payment. If one day I want to use such a service again, I would definitely subscribe to Manychat.

KEEP CHARGING AFTER SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED

I have cancelled my 2 times now, and on the 14th of every months now for the past 2 months I get an email saying "Manychat Invoice - Thanks for your PRO subscription" charing me 15$USD.

I never leave negative reviews but MY GOD these people don't understand a no for an answer, and seeing so many similar experiences makes me angry.

I have now yet again cancelled the subscription, and I swear to god if they charge again on October 14th, I'm making a youtube video about it.

EDIT [sept 15 2025] - I issued a complaint through Support explaining the charging of account and the wish to stop and delete the account. they replied within a couple hours and issued a refund, apologized and terminated the account. Maybe it was a glitch or i dunno... if you're having the same issue try solving through support and sendd multiple requests and mark the message as CRITICAL so they give you prompt response
