Love working with it

It by far the easiest and convenient chat solution available in the market. Of course some aspects needs improvement like the ability to use arrays received from API requests in the chat, or making the documents header whatsapp templates dynamic in the automation.

As someone juggling multiple income…

As someone juggling multiple income streams, brand partnerships, and audience engagement across platforms, ManyChat has been a total game-changer.

It’s not just a “chatbot tool” — it’s a full-blown automation sidekick that saves me time, nurtures my community, and turns casual scrollers into actual leads. I’ve used it for everything from delivering freebie opt-ins to automating DMs from Instagram comments, and the experience has been seamless every time.

Here’s what I genuinely love:

Instagram DM automation: You know those "Comment NAPTIME25" lead magnets I run? ManyChat delivers those instantly while I’m changing diapers or on a Zoom call.

Flows that feel human: I was worried it’d feel robotic, but with the right setup, my messages actually sound like me. You can build out personalized journeys that speak directly to your audience's needs.

Cross-platform magic: I’m able to use ManyChat on IG, Facebook, and even integrate it with my email list. It feels like my audience never falls through the cracks.

Quick setup & great support: I’m not super techy, and it still only took me a few hours to get things rolling. Their tutorials and templates are super beginner-friendly.

If you’re a creator, coach, or small business owner looking to work smarter, not harder — ManyChat is worth every penny (and the free version is surprisingly robust too).

Be careful with ManyChat

Be careful with ManyChat. I thought I was paying #25/mo. But I was also charged for the number of contacts. Was this made clear at the outset? I sure didn't see it. I was using the free version. Wish I had stayed there. I'm sure this is a good system, but not worth what I was charged. Not worth it at all. Once I saw the charge I tried to get a refund, but no deal. Just be aware.

if i could rate lower i would. do not use manychat. once installed it cant be removed. they have no support phone number... all you do is talk to a chat bot about your problem that knows nothing, can do nothing, and wont fix anything. stay away from manychat its pointless. I had it hooked up to instagram and now its so annoying its ruining my reputation everytime someone msgs me it sends them a marketing msg with links.. its not a good tool dont use!

Being charged after having cancelled…

Being charged after having cancelled subscriptions, and constantly having to look for the cancel subscription button behind multiple settings and subsections is more annoying and appears more dishonest than one might think. Why are there freaking tutorial videos on how to cancel your subscription?

Make it easier to cancel, seriously, it'll save your reputation and others the hassle of having to be charged 43.99 or more for your services that aren't being used or rendered, even as far back as may 15th the last time I spoke to someone who cancelled one of the services but not all.

After all that, I'm probably not even getting a refund to say the least. I'm over it. I NEVER want to do business with Manychat again.

If I could rate this lower

If I could rate this lower, I would. Extremely hard to find your account information, when you do it doesn’t make any sense. The subscriptions say “FREE” or “disabled” yet I’m continuing to be charged. There’s no receipt or transaction history, there’s no customer service number or email, basically this is just a flat out scam like most things these days. Now I have to contact my bank and go through a whole dispute process.

No replies and bills after cancellation

Cancelled the trial well before the end date and they continued to bill for months after with no reply to the cancellation or two additional requests to cancel and refund the ongoing charges, forcing us to have our bank refund them for us.

I canceled subscription the first day. My account shows expired and free account, yet somehow. They keep billing me. You can't contact anyone as there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you notice, they have not replied to any negative reviews. There in NO ONE behind the scenes only some scam artist charging people
