I am writing this review because I appreciate the Customer Service that I received with my order. I was missing an item in my order, and sent a message regarding this issue. Although I never received a written response back, I was surprised to see that you just decided to respond by mail by sending me my missing item. I do appreciate that because when I didn't receive the written response, I had just resolved to accept the loss. Thank you for showing good customer service by your actions. That means alot.

Great product. My textured, multi-ethnic hair tangles easily and the detangler has been a wonderful addition to my hair care experience.

The product is great. I ran out of the conditioner first. It is thick and I like that but the container is not ideal. It is very difficult to squeeze out. I sit the bottle upside down and that helps. The top to the new bottle broke when I tried to open it so I replaced it with the top from my old container.

Best smelling shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner ever! Lingers all day.
I am still working on the perfect amount of the leave-in conditioner for my hair. I don't use a lot, but sometimes it's too "stiff" or still a lot of frizz and wacky hair. Can't use too much, otherwise it's like using hair spray for me.

The untangler is awesome, and we love the leave in conditioner! So happy to find such excellent products at such a reasonable price. My daughter is Black and Filipino and these products make all the difference!

I placed my first order during the promotional pricing time frame and I am very satisfied! Shipping was fast and the product arrived in perfect condition. Tried the shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner and detangling curl spray on my toddlers very curly hair. Overall the results have been great! She has fine hair so we will take it easy on the leave in conditioner so that her curls stay full and bouncy. I personally don’t love the scent of any of the products but it isn’t overwhelming and it’s tolerable.

I love the shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, detangle spray & especially the beautifully fragranced hair jelly. I have natural wavy hair that literally woke up after my first application. My curls are much more defined, smoother and even shiny. These products basically brought back elasticity after I began obtaining hair color treatments for grey, years ago. I'm a huge fan and stocked up even though it's so easy to order or purchase in selected stores. Just so I have it!

I ordered a conditioner (rebuy) and gel. I ended up getting the conditioner and a liquid I think detangler? I emailed them about it because I really wanted the gel. They were very nice about it, told me to keep the extra product and they mailed me the gel free of charge the next day plus a little sample kit of shampoo, conditioner and leave in.
I use these products for my toddlers hair and they work really well for him (if never cut his hair so he has a lot lol)

I needed something natural for my kids' curly (often tangled) morning hair routine. The leave in is more like a hair mask, but works into the hair so easily. Love the fact that it has Shea and jojoba in it. Also glad there's nothing harsh. So far, it's making mornings A LOT BETTER!

The hair products stripped all the oils from me and my son’s hair and was very drying . We have low porosity hair.. hopefully soon there will be a hair product line to meet the needs for those with low porosity hair. Yes. Then used the leave in conditioner. It caused frizzy ness and was very drying.
