Maono Reviews 

I've been using the Maono PD200XS mic for several years now and have continued to be impressed by the quality of the mic for the price. It's keep the mount attached to my desk so I can just start recording as soon as I'm ready. The included software allows you to make some nice adjustments to the audio as well, so you don't have to do all the work in post production. Worth the price in my opinion!

The Maono PM421 is the best quality microphone I've ever owned and I have loved it for the past 6 years. When a part of my stand broke I sent an email to Maono asking about replacement parts or other compatible stands and they were very nice and sent the replacement part for free!

Customer service is really good. They responded to my concerns very quickly and went above and beyond to fix them.

Initially, when I purchased the Maono microphone, it worked very well. I purchased it back in March of this year, 2026, and within a little over a month right after the return policy expired, the microphone stopped charging even though I have been using the charger that came with it. Since then I have contacted tried to contact Amazon but they told me I had to contact Maono. I have tried to contact them several times to replace the item but they have not responded. Due to my bad experience and wasted money that affects my business, I will be posting a bad review about the Maono company every place on the internet that I can.

I had an issue with an order because I accidentally purchased a receiver that was not compatible with my PD200W microphone. At first, I was worried because I had already been waiting for weeks and could not create content properly.

After contacting Maono support, their team carefully reviewed my case, checked the photos I provided, explained the issue clearly, and immediately arranged to send me the correct replacement receiver.

What impressed me the most was their customer service. They were always polite, professional, and quick to respond. They even allowed me to keep the incorrect receiver and sent the correct PD200W receiver free of charge.

The replacement arrived successfully and now everything works perfectly. Thanks to their help, I can continue creating content without further delays.

Mistakes can happen with any company, but what really matters is how they handle them. In my experience, Maono took responsibility, provided an excellent solution, and made sure the issue was resolved.

I was gifted a Maono PD200W for my birthday and it has been great and have had no issues with the microphone whatsoever. It sounds great, easy to use, clear instructions, nothing more I can ask for really! The customer service team is great as well and even replaced my shock mount free of charge when I broke! I highly reccomend Maono and their products!

Forget Shure and Røde microphones

Maono is the one to go for when it comes to not only bang for your bucks/pounds but also for build quality along with professional sounding microphones.

I'm a YouTube Tech reviewer (@all-the-gear-and-no-idea-uk) that ONLY does honest reviews and Maono has completely blown me in every direction possible with the pd200x/pd200w/pd300x and with their new release of the maono pd500x Ai microphone that's the world's first,on the way very soon, I don't just think but I know that this is the beginning of the end of both Shure and Rode when it comes to top tier professional microphones........ just watch this space and you'll see !!

I love this company. I own two microphones from them, and I plan to buy more in the future. Their customer support is helpful, and swift to help you with your concerns. I had lost a part of one of my microphones and Maono was kind enough to send me the missing part just making my life easier and hassle-free, thank you Maono!

Their products work just fine, but if you happen to return something, get ready! They have the most antiquated return policy of any retail organization, especially by 2026 standards. You can't just return the items. You have to fill out one of their return forms, provide the exact measurements of the box you are using to ship it back to them, take a picture of the items, and then (wait for it) weigh them?! Apparently, they don't know what their own products look like or how much they weigh. This is what happens when you have limited thinking in senior management. I have no doubt they hope you just give up trying to return it, and they neglect to calculate how much these kinds of reviews hurt their business.

An important part of business is making sure your customer gets what they need, Maono did a great job of that.

When I placed my order, there was a discrepancy on what was in stock. The company quickly reached out to me to work out a solution that worked to ensure the products I got were what I needed. Very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to working with Maono and learning all of the abilities it has to offer.

5 of 5 on mic functionality. Using DGM20 USB-C mic. Have not tested playback for quality sample yet but ran the mic for the first time during a meeting last night with no issues. The support arm is stable and the entire unit is light-weight. The gain adjustment knob feels smooth and sturdy. The LED is a nice aesthetic if you are into that sort of thing.

No experience communicating with Maono yet. No customer service feedback to offer. Examined the official Maono page today and explored available software tools. There are many reviews in other venues that mention the Maono Link software triggering a trojan virus alert in their security suites. If you are going to try out their software, I would recommend testing in a virtual sandbox first. So far, the hardware appears to be a great mic and an excellent value.

The Maono company is not getting good reviews on software or customer service.

this company is a scam do not consider buying from them, they sell faulty appliances that work for a day. they also do NOT communicate and will most likely do everything in their power to avoid you.

The mics they make are of amazing quality, Maono is my go-to company when it comes to audio equipment (mics, headsets, mixers etc) and always will be. I've used the Maono PD200X for about 2 years with no issues at all and have just ordered the PD400X for a little upgrade. The shipping times to the UK are a little long (up to 14 days) but it's definitely worth the wait.

Gentlemen, I am trying to contact the company MAONO and while they say they respond within 48 hours, they have not responded to my message that I a week. Why don't they respect their customers?

They wanted to collab with me for a gifted sponsorship on TikTok and wouldn't stop emailing me about it. I agreed and gave them my address, since then they have ghosted me and not sent me anything. I've been waiting since April. I've even tried getting back in touch asking about it and still nothing. I've also got in touch with their general support and nothing. DO NOT collab with them, they are scamming you for your private details.

I was Sceptic at first but then bought it, it took about 15 days to come but i came, and it is some really good products. I bought the maono pd200xs

Decent delivery time and good customer support.

The site is legit. Delivered to Spain in a week. You can confirm it's legit because the link to it is in official YouTube channel named `MaonoGlobal` (check the links linked to channel)

Most probably a scam. Ordere an arm and got confirmation delivery 7-15 days,,,,20 days later still not shipped from China

I purchased the PD200X about a week ago and it's really great, he sounds great and it's a great option for some people on a budget, he can also be connected to my computer via USB/XLR.
