Outstanding service as always; the staff always extremely friendly and helpful; never letting us down with pre ordered collectables, especially their comprehensive Charlie Bears range.

Pleasant customer service but as they out source or use their site as a platform for other sellers they can advertise one thing and dispatch a misleading order advising it was correct. The extra items were an accident and shouldn't have been on photo. I paid additional costs for what I perceived I was getting. This is false advertising and will not return or recommend this site.

Disappointed

Emailed them to advise that the chocolates were not presentable when they arrived and I can’t flip them over without opening the box. No response from them

I contacted Maple Gifts to inquire about an item, I very quickly received a phone call, the lady I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I received my order very quickly and well packaged. Will definitely use again.

Been ordering my christmas biscuits from maples for past few years never had a problem and recently ordered hector jellycat and the lady rang to say it was out of stock and I chose elephant as replacement arrived the next day so cute I was very pleased the customer service is wonderful and so polite a pleasure from start to finish

Purchased a glass heart Christmas ornament, was very discoloured, nothing like the picture on the website, I emailed them twice to ask if I could send it back and be sent a replacement, didn’t hear back.

Purchased a Coeur de Lion Necklace
Necklace is stunning but arrived with no certificate of authentication and very cheap looking packaging.
I had purchased another from John Greed and the packaging was very luxurious. I emailed Maple to tell them I was very unhappy with the packaging and after a further email they managed to secure the upgraded packaging and certificate. Thank you so much to Rachel for doing this. Maple please consider using this level of packaging for this beautiful jewellery as it's so much nicer! 😊

I ordered a gift box Neideregger marzipan chocolates with free delivery from Maple Gifts. It arrived in the morning 2 days later. It was well packed with a good ‘best before date’. I am very happy with the service and price.

Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was OOS, however, I was called up prior to ask if I wanted an alternative. Amazing customer service but ensuring items are kept updated on the website would’ve saved the hassle! Good service nevertheless and items were received really quick, would definitely use again.

An absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I had to return some items (due to a manufacturers fault & nothing to do with the shop) & Rachel could not have been more professional or helpful. Everything was done with such a positive, friendly attitude & she made it so easy for me. Strange to say, but it was actually a lovely experience that restored my faith in the future.

Amazing chocolates and service !!! I dont normally leave reviews if an order with a company is good. However the order placed with this company was so outstanding that i had to give credit where it is due. I ordered their easter boxes of chocolates and the open chick eggs, all very delicate and decorative. I doubted they would arrive without damage, but they did, they were so well wrapped and arrived within 48 hours. The easter treats are so cute and pretty i cannot wait to gift them x
