SEEMS THEY'RE A SCAM. Sadly, I didn't check reviews before I ordered... the item - a childrens present - never arrived and I couldn't contact the company. Emailed but no replies and no phone number. Website looks lovely and UK based - as I ordered the present in a hurry I didn't think to check further.

Scam company. I didn't realise until I chased them up for a delivery of toys for my son's birthday that never arrived and couldn't contact them. We have had to go through our bank to try get out money back.

Joke and a scam

Ordered but never heard anything more !

Placed and order with them, which was something my 6 year old Daughter wants to buy with her own Christmas money. Order status was never updated. Tried to contact them regarding this. No responses what so ever.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I never received the item I ordered, after no response to any of my emails I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Still no response so I have raised a dispute with my bank to recover my money. Do not order from this company I certainly won’t again

Placed an order on 30/11/25.
It was for a £14 Labubu doll for my granddaughter this christmas. Still not recieved. No reply after a couple of emails sent. Tracking app gives no information. Why is this company still allowed to advertise and rob people blind. Why write a review on here if nothing gets done ?? I also wish id read the reviews before ordering. Someone official needs to step it....Trading Standards ????

Ordered 2 months ago. Still remains in an unfulfilled state and I never get an answer to any messages. My money has been taken and no product received. Scam company. Do not buy from them

Never heard anything after initial confirmation. Says “on its way” in order. Emailed for an update and no response.

Fake website to take money and never send items

Paid for item, never sent, ignored all emails. Had to go through bank to get a refund. My suspicions started after the item had not arrived for 2 weeks after the 2-5 days delivery. The place is a SCAM guys and looks like many people have fallen for it.

The same owners as Teeny Bumps. Never sent the product. I got my money back from the bank.

Do not go near this company. Never sent what I ordered and refused to return my money.

Same experience as everyone else it's a scam! ordered and never received tried contacting them through every way possible and got nothing back! Been a month now and nothing wish I'd checked before I ordered!
