What a great company! Their product is remarkable and their service is outstanding. I accidentally duplicated my order and instead of just glossing over my error, their customer service department emailed me asking if I intended to order two maps. They then cancelled my duplicate order eliminating the hassle of having to return the second item. Seems simple, but it was a great service to me.

The poster I ordered allowed customization in the title lines. It was perfect and accurate! I ordered the poster from USA and was delivered to an Asian country where I needed it, so that I do not need to carry it on the plane. The delivery was on time and to the exact location (apartment building). Thank you for making it so easy!

No street names. At checkout, you asked for a tip. I wasn’t going to write a review, but you kept pestering me to, even after I expressed my dissatisfaction. Edited after response. I replied to your email, if you didn’t see it, perhaps yours was a one way message? I did not feel pressured to tip, it’s just that this is not a tipping scenario. Any tips would be AFTER the service anyway. Asking for a tip will ALWAYS make many feel that not tipping could sway the service. It is no different than the customer asking for extra product, at no charge. You’re asking me to pay extra by tipping, than the actual
price of the merchandise. And yes, others have indicated that maps are expected to show street names, if you’re including the streets. Buyer beware.

I ordered three vintage maps of three cities where we've lived: Alexandria VA, Bethesda MD and Myrtle Beach SC, to frame and hang in our guest bedroom in Myrtle Beach. The size is 10 x 16. They are just lovely and look great!

The map of my home town was accurate and beyond my expectations. Framing was very well done, and there were already sawtooth hangers attached! I am very pleased.

Great map designs and products! Amazing way to capture those place memories. The customer service is fast and friendly and they got me the perfect digital files. This included files that let me get some awesome curtains too.

The ability to get maps of locations that aren't everyday locations or major cities is really nice. We got maps of towns and cities where my wife and I have lived during our lives and clustered them on a wall (8 total). Packing was great and the sizes match poster sized frames. Everyone who has visited knew us in one of the cities/towns and they always search for their home on the map. Black and white goes on any wall. Fun maps and they help fuel great memories.
