Good customer care
Update: The company was very responsive to my feedback. They sent me a second map, and I wasn’t happy with it (it was rolled up, and I had to put it in frame, which did not go well. I would have preferred a brand new framed map and then sent the other back), so they issued me a full refund. I am very grateful for their responsiveness.
Initial review: I love the size and the frame, but unfortunately it looks like the map was printed in thin, cheap paper. After a couple of weeks, it is bubbling up. For the price I paid, I expected high quality. I would like a better quality map sent to my home.

Customer service was excellent
The only reason for the 4 stars is my frame and map arrived damaged. My frame was scratched and the map had an ink stain. I contacted mapmory and they responded immediately and professionally. They requested a few photos and let me know a new map and frame would be shipped out to me.
They were very easy to work with and I was relieved that they made things right with my order. Once I receive my new frame I'm happy to update my review. The quality was very nice had it not been for these issues.

Ordered a number of maps very happy with them. Did the frames with purchase, which are nice, however if you are really wanting to showcase them taking to a frame shop would be a better choice, not to take away from framing provided, it is satisfactory. Communication was great, shipping was on time and without issue. Thank you.

Frame quality was not as expected
Product arrived quickly but the quality of the frame was much less than expected for the price. Very poor quality frame. Giving as a gift and had to apologize for how cheap it looks.
