Ordered samples on line, they arrived within a few days, then ordered the tiles I wanted, and then they arrived the next working day. You can't grumble about that, and the tiles are exactly as described.

Superb product, delivered quickly. And exceptional value.

I shopped around for the best source of pink granite patio pavers and found Marble Mosaic. They promptly send me a sample to view and had plenty of material in stock. Other firms had limited supply or were back-ordered. Marble Mosaics was very responsive when I phoned, which is very reassuring when buying expensive building material sight unseen!

The 2.5 crates of ordered material were delivered very promptly but one crate was damaged in transit with two slabs broken. I contacted Ian at Marble Mosaics and he promptly arranged for the insurance to pay for two new slabs to be delivered. These replacements arrived within a week of the initial delivery so did not delay the laying of our patio.

Based on my experience I can certainly recommend Marble Mossics

Fantastic service from Marblemosaics. Aaron was very helpful in helping me with sizes and delivery was very fast. The Dijon limestone tumbled slabs are stunning and at a very reasonable price compared to other suppliers. Came packaged really well - no breakages- delivery company went above and beyond too with our difficult access. All in all a great product from a great company!

Had 5 crates of Dijon Tumbled Limestone delivered from these guys last week. They were cheaper than other suppliers and the stone was really top notch. My order arrived in a few days as arranged by email and the service was great. I totally recommend Marble Mosaics and will be ordering again! 👍

We ordered Dijon limestone tiles expecting a beige/ light yellow colour (like the pictures). What we got was a rough scaly grey paving stone colour. Was told this happens and one batch will differ from the next but it isn’t the same planet as the pictures. Our builder was shocked by the difference and told us this wasn’t typical. When the company refused to facilitate a free return builder suggested he’d seen scams like this. Tbf I don’t know if it’s industry standard to facilitate return for free. Nevertheless an extremely annoying and expensive mistake.

Very happy with our Grey Marble Ibyza wash basin. Arrived next day well packaged and the price was very competative.

Ordering process was seamless and we had regular contact with Ian around product and delivery.
The product is high quality and user friendly to install. We created a finish for our Koi pond, which looked sleek and modern. Liked it so much we ordered more to finish off an adjacent wall.

We ordered a small boulder basin and are absolutely delighted with the result.
The customer service at Marble Mosaics was outstanding and the speed and efficiency of the whole sales process was exemplary.   All communications were extremely prompt and to the point. After purchase we received an email showing all the basins currently available that we could choose from, with photos taken from 3 different perspectives. This facility was simply invaluable.  We were working with a very small bathroom so size and the shape of the basin (so as to know where we could locate the tap) were critical.  Other sites we looked at you had to accept the basin they sent and return if not to your liking.  The other sites were also more expensive.
We love the new basin and would recommend Marble Mosaics without hesitation.

I run a small development company and buy a lot of tiles and stone related products for customer products. Around £250K a year.

Our usual supplier didn't quite have a granite tile we needed so we tried Marble Mosaics for the first time last week. We asked our customer to order a small batch of White Quartz Sparkling Tiles (600mm by 300mm) for their new bathroom. (Order Number: 101857/120625/33 for £745.86).

Out of 72 tiles, 26 are stained brown in the corners and require a lot of manual cleaning with a specialised fluid (expensive stuff and a LOT of work), 7 are chipped and 4 are damaged with some kind of acid corrosions or scorch marks... about half the consignment is junk.

I tried calling and emailing the same day they arrived but got nowhere with this lot. They are so arrogant in the way they speak. Their emails are verbal diarrhea and no matter what you say they have an excuse or a reason as to why it's not their fault. You can tell straight away that you are wasting your time dealing with them and they will never ever offer you a refund or a discount.

Their terms of trade are also so bias and unworkable that unless you are prepared to unpack tons of tiles the moment they are received, check them all, photograph them all and then repack into a crate for return, all within 24 hours, you fall foul of their unfair conditions.

In other words it's pot luck as to wether or not you will get what you asked for and be happy with the product.

In this case they did offer to take back the consignment but guess what... that means re-booking tilers, re-scheduling work, putting the client out, delaying the job etc etc... Everyone is a loser except the Marble Mosaic rogue traders.

In summary they just don't care about you, their reputation or refunding / discounting anything...

Just google their products and you'll find a much better supplier :)

Beautiful product at an exceptionally reasonable price, swiftly delivered, so well packaged it would have been near impossible to damage in transit.

Great value and smooth delivery experience.
The price was excellent, and delivery was prompt. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer the option to select a preferred delivery date during checkout to avoid uncertainty. That said, the delivery company reached out quickly, and the delivery went exactly as described. The delivery person was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience!

We were looking for limestone copes for our garden project, found marble mosaics on Google and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Their customer service is outstanding and they went out their way to help us when our landscapers damaged some of the copes.

Awful company AVOID at all costs. Purchased a sink from them which was faulty (crumbling) and therefore not fit for purpose. Queried it with the owner and he was rude and aggressive both on the phone and via email. Even went as far as blocking our email address. Very disappointing with what I assumed was a great company, sadly this is not the case! Trading standards have been notified.
