This company have made a totally rubbish week much easier, they dealt with my order efficiently and easily.

I bought the Nero black Marble pedestal basin. Ordering was very easy and was very quick. Unfortunately the sink was delivered damaged. I spoke to a lovely chirpy cheery man called Ian at Marble Mosaics who was most helpful, He organised for the sink to be collected. He stayed in contact with sometimes twice a day to make sure all was ok. He even rang me after they had collected it to inform me that he had refunded me in full. They did not have another sink in stock which was a shame as it really is lovely and looked great in my black and white bathroom. I would definitely order another from them when I do more renovations. Wonderful customer service Ian, keep it up

The sink that I bought was so much nicer than I thought it was going to be for the price! The next day delivery was actually next day and it was brilliantly rat so there was no damage I'm really happy with it and I would use them again.

Bought granite pool coping cheaper by far than anything else I could find. Delivery was quick and product well packaged. Quality of coping was far better than I was expecting consider the low cost. Staff at company easy to talk too and understanding.

Purchased some beautiful White Quartz 400 x 400 mm tiles . Only needed 2m2 and got 12 tiles for that price so well over 2m2 coverage with my 5 mm joints. Price is pretty much half that of Topps etc and they look wonderful in a little WC .
These are genuine guys , they're always busy there when i visit , but they always get me on my way within a few minutes when collecting , they work hard , offer excellent material / service and deserve their success .

Visited their warehouse and received some sound advice that was far more detailed and in some details contrary to that I had received elsewhere. It turned out to be a good move. Great choice of product at a good price and my finished patio receives admiration from all who visit

When is a square metre not a square metre. Answer, when you buy tiles from Marblemosaics. I was looking to buy 85 400mm x 400mm Quartz tiles but on their website it states that a m2 is 6 tiles, NO IT IS NOT but Ian tells me I am wrong. Consequently the advertised price of £45.99 m2 is misleading, the cost actually being £47.83. This is the only tile I could find that the company state how many tiles they claim to be a m2. Tiles very really fit to a round 1m2 per box, every other company I have looked at automatically adjust the total price to reflect the m2 cost or a price per tile is listed. This is how it should be. If you plan buying tiles from this company make sure you know how many tiles you are getting then do the maths to find out the true cost per m2. VERY MISLEADING PRICING.

Beautiful, high quality terracotta tiles at a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service experience when arranging a (swift) replacement for a number of tiles which were broken in transit.
