AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! This is the rudest company I have ever dealt with ..... we placed an order totalling to over £1000 and we had over 17% of the order come damaged, which the company refused to fix due to us not reporting it within 48hrs. I previously rang the company to explain we had damaged goods and they told me to put it in to an email, I did this 4 days after receiving our items and not once on the phone did they tell us it had to be reported within a specific time scale and instead told us to read the terms and conditions. In my person opinion 4 days is an acceptable time scale to report such damages and regardless of the situation it is unacceptable to receive that amount of broken goods. Ian the owner has the worst attitude and customer service I have ever dealt with and because of this I was forced to purchase more tiles from a different company. Do not give this man any of your hard earnt money. Im sure there are lots of family run businesses more deserving of the money.

I just called to find out some dimensions. "No idea" and "you'll have to find those out yourself" aren't what I'd consider a way to secure a sale. Or am I just being unreasonable?

Absolutely disgusting aggressive rude owner guessing called Stuart! Saw him shouting and being aggressive and abusive at his own staff and also shouting at other customers in my short visit to this company. I left straight after. I don't know how he isn't locked up in prison! Just read the other reviews!

Second time I’ve used this company and their service and product quality is first class. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for unique, individual river rock basins!

I have never been so disappointed in a company. I recently ordered some outdoor sandstone slabs which are faulty. Not cheap ones either. Even ones still in the pallet are clearly stained/bleached. When we have tried to discuss this with the so called boss who is completely dismissive and arrogant. He won't even listen to our concerns. He claims that my builders have removed the slabs, laid them, cleaned them with something and then placed them back in pallet. I mean really! Absolutely disgusted in their service and customer care-emails go unanswered. This will be taken further by an independent ombudsman as clearly I am getting nowhere. Not how you run a business. Will never use them again.

I received my stone sink and was totally amazed with the high quality of workmanship, ordering was very easy, communication with ian was excellent and delivery was very quick, i will definitely buy off this small company again in the future ,i highly recommend:)

Ordered 54 m2 of granite slabs.
Saved over £300 over next nearest supplier ,but still with personal service and great delivery. On time in spite of poor weather and helpful driver putting pallets where I needed them.

I wanted pebble tiles for my feature wall in a new bathroom and was worried about getting what I needed during the Covid-19 lockdown. I ordered several samples which arrived very quickly. The sample quality and colour of the pebbles were as described on Marble Mosaics website. I ordered what I needed and I am so happy! they are beautiful fine glass mosaic tiles (ordered 5, 32 x 32 sheets of fine 4mm glass tiles), which is just what i needed for a small table project i am doing. great price which was way less than big diy companies prices. ..delivery was straightforward and a friendly faced courier. would recommend based on the quality and price of my tiles.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Didn't order enough tiles though!!! the team went out of their way to find tiles from another batch that were so a good match you can't tell they are from a different batch. Kept me informed every step of the way. Will definately use again and cant recommend marble mosaics enough. Thanks

Our marble basin was delivered next day and is absolutely amazing, Ian was extremely helpful in answering all the questions i had. If your looking for something a bit different for your bathroom i cant recommend Marble Mosaics enough.

Wow keep clear of this company! I purchased a £1000 rock sink. It was delivered on a Thursday afternoon and was left by my gate. I had 6 hefty men to get this in position, as advised by Aaron and Ian I would need this. It was transported on the same trolley as the guy who delivered it. As it was dark when it was taken to my back garden I didn't notice the sink had a big crack across it. When I went out in the morning to look at it I noticed the crack and got straight on to Aaron & Ian and sent pictures. I also offered to provide the cctv of the transportation to the garden, to verify it wasn't damaged here,but they were not interested in this. I have just received an email telling me it was fine when it left their end and there is nothing they can do. It seems I am supposed to accept their version of it was fine their end but they can't accept it was fine my end. I will be taking advice and should necessary take it to the small claims court or any other alternative I find that will get me some satisfaction.

This is the 3rd grey marble basin that I have purchased, and again I am absolutely delighted with it, such a beautiful high quality product and each one is unique. I ordered my basin one day and the very next day it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Thank you once again

Many thanks for your speedy delivery and helpful advice regarding the stone sink we now have. I have given it a coat of impregnator sealer and it is looking great. I have put about 3 coats on now and it is developing a nice sheen. I am hoping a few more coats before installation will really make it look stunning .

I couldn't make a better choice for my sink! I was looking for a stone sink and found Marble Mosaics Ltd on Google. Prices are very good compared to other companies and they have a great selection of products. I ordered the sink on Sunday afternoon and it was with me in Scotland on Wednesday at lunchtime. The pedestal sink is gorgeous, elegant and very well made. The customer service is excellent: I received a phone call the day before the delivery, asking if the following day was suitable for me, and the following day I received my order. The sink came with useful and clear guidelines on how to look after it. I wrote the customer service with a couple of questions and Ian was very helpful, kind and exhaustive. I absolutely recommend Marble Mosaics!
