Despite the delay and minor scratch to the article the service was impeccable. These things can happen.
The scratch was insignificant enough that it didn't warrant an exchange and the small delay was immediately reported to me with an apology.
Retro Europe is very easy to contact via e-mail or phone. I would recommend it because of its superior customer service and interesting articles.

Found them on the internet and placed one order, all fine and really liked the furniture I purchased so I bought some other items. When I found the price had gone up I let them know and they matched it which definitely secured my business.
They had to dispatch my last order fast to arrive in my apartment before I left the country and I am happy to say the furniture arrived in time.
