Customer Service excellent and a great product

The third chair I have purchased and have recommended RetroEurope to friends and family. Small problem with the delivery driver delivering to house number 9 and not number 6! but Retro customer service were helpful and proactive in tracking my package down. I sit in my new chair a happy customer.

Good quality, especially for the price

Finally a good looking chair, for a decent price! The only con is the shipping price, but if you purshase for a certain amount of money, it is totally worth it !

The item came damaged and defective. No response from customer service.

I bought a table and it came damaged (corner of the top plate) and the legs were all of different lengths.
The package itself externally was in good condition, so the damage happened during the packing phase.
Talking about the legs, it shows that the items are manufactured badly and the quality control is non existent.
I contacted the company attaching pictures, but I got no response at all.
If you sell in Germany, by the law there are 14 days to file a complaint and I did it on time.

I got very good cusomer care!

I had ordered by mistake the same item twise, but the customer care Maria, emailed me to confirm, that have I really ordered two same chair twise, which was my mistake. I confirmed that it had been my mistake, and need only one chair. The mistake order was cancelled immediately and the money returned to my account also immediately. Then we got our beautiful white Office chair with very fast delivery. This was the second Office chair that we have ordered from you and the quality and finishing of the leather chair is 5 star quality. Thank You very much for your exellent customer care and your high quality products with good value price.

Orribile esperienza- bad experience

Sconsiglio di comprare da questo negozio online. La merce è arrivata un mese dopo l'acquisto ed evidentemente danneggiata e non sono riusciata ad avere una sostituzione.

I don't recommend to buy from this online shop. The shipment was 1 month after the purchase and the stools were damaged. I wasn't able to change them.

ho effettuato l'acquisto il 9 agosto confermandolo lo stesso giorno e sul sito indicavate 1 settimana. mi avete contattato il 12 agosto dicendomi che sarebbe arrivato il 6 o 7 settembre . Quindi non precedentemente ma dopo il mio acquisto.
Vi ho contattato l'8 di settembre e mi avete dato i dati della spedizione e il pacco è arrivato il 13 settembre al pomeriggio e la spedizione non presentava danni alla scatola. Vi ho contattato il 17 settembre quindi 4 giorni dopo,nella stessa settimana e non quella dopo. Il mio sbaglio è stato essere assente al momento della consegna ma non mi avete assolutamente informato che dovevo reclamare entro le 24 ore. MI avete informato che dovevo attentamente guardare la scatola di spedizione che non avesse danni e di riportarlo se ce ne fosse stato uno.
Non c'è stato nessun danno nell'assemblaggio perchè le gambe degli sgabelli sono arrivate già montate.
La sua risposta evidenzia discordanze con gli eventi e non dovrebbe attribuire colpe senza averne prova certa. Il sistema qualità per il mio caso ha commesso un errore.

I bought August 9th and I confirmed my purchase the same day. There was specified on website that the shipment was in 1week. I received your email August 12th, saying the shipment was late and it could be delivered around September 6/7th. After my purchase! I emailed you September 8th to have information and you gave me the courier information. The package was delivered September 13 th and it was not damaged(the package) I contact you September 17th, 4 days late and in the same week and not the next week. My mistake was that I was not at home during the deliver, but nobody said me that I had to complain in 24 hour. You emailed me that i had to pay attention to the box if it was damaged and to give notice of that.
there wasn't any assembly damage because the legs stools were already put together.
Your reply is in conflict with the real facts and you shouldn't blame without proofs
Your quality system commit a mistake in my case.

Thank you for your review and I have completed a full investigation into your complaint.

The website did advise all of our customers prior to purchasing that there was a small delay due to the courier companies annual holidays in August. Also you received an email confirmation advising you of the delay.

As a company we are proud of our quality control team which inspects every item of furniture in our warehouse before dispatch to ensure it is in perfect condition and additional packaging is added where necessary.

It is very important you advise us of any transit damage immediately upon receipt of your furniture so we can report it to the courier company.

I have looked at the POD and there was no mention of damage to the box or furniture and you did not tell us about any damage until the following week after receipt of your order.

I am very sorry we are not able to accept responsibility for damage in assembly of your furniture.

Il sito ha fatto avvisare tutti i nostri clienti prima di acquistare che c'era un piccolo ritardo dovuto alle società di corriere ferie annuali nel mese di agosto. Inoltre hai ricevuto una mail di conferma consigliandovi del ritardo.

Come azienda siamo orgogliosi della nostra squadra di controllo di qualità che ispeziona ogni elemento di arredo nel nostro magazzino prima della spedizione per assicurarsi che sia in perfette condizioni e si aggiunge, se necessario, imballaggio supplementare.

E 'molto importante che ci comunichi di eventuali danni di trasporto immediatamente dopo aver ricevuto i mobili in modo che possiamo segnalarlo al corriere.

Ho guardato il POD e non vi era alcuna menzione di danni alla scatola o mobili e non ci ha detto su eventuali danni fino alla settimana seguente dopo aver ricevuto il vostro ordine.

Mi dispiace molto che non siamo in grado di accettare la responsabilità per i danni nel montaggio dei vostri mobili.

Good service counts

Given that the office chair I bought was coming from Spain to UK a lot could have gone wrong - but it didn't. Order acknowledgement and delivery arrangements were prompt and felt reassured. Plus the chair is very cool looking too, so buying from overseas was worth it!

Good product but bad shipping

The products are great but the problem is with the shipping. I got my order on time but the box in which it was, was completely damaged as if it fell a million time. Luckily the product was not damaged but it's because it's hard. Fragile things I would never order.

Everything was great

I ordered al lot of different furniture. While ordering i forgot to enter a code for free delivery. But that was no problem, because the communication is very well and the company was able to correct my mistake.
The shipping was in given period of time und the quality of the packing was excellent!
The quality of each furniture is even great and fits to it`s price.
