The shipping is extremly slow.

Customer service ok.
The products are good.
But the shippment is extremly slow. They blame that they are two busy on a normal working day. Imagine if it were a holiday like Christmas, Easter, etc. There is a lot of room for improvement in delivery time.

I placed an order for a 5 kg copper bar…

I placed an order for a 5 kg copper bar that was clearly listed as in stock at the time of purchase. Payment was accepted in full on December 31, and I received an order confirmation.
After more than two weeks with no shipping confirmation or tracking, I contacted customer service. I was then informed that the item was out of stock, despite having been sold as available when I ordered.
The company later proposed a substitution of 5 × 1 kg copper bars, but only if I agreed to pay an additional $45 surcharge for handling and sourcing. This additional fee was not disclosed at checkout and only introduced after payment had already been taken.
When I declined the surcharge and requested fulfillment under the original terms or a refund, the response simply reiterated the same options without resolving the issue. At no point was a firm shipping date provided.
While communication was polite, the experience involved:
Selling an item as in stock that was not available
Holding funds without a clear ship date
Introducing post-purchase fees not disclosed upfront
Repeating responses rather than curing the issue
I ultimately had to push for resolution on a situation that should not have occurred. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Marc Gebauer for copper bullion purchases.

Dreadful customer service , Avoid

the products are good, but the customer service is dreadful .
you pay for the product on the buggy website, but they may not ship for 30 days, the blame that they are two busy, misplace your order, and ignore your emails.

they finally give you shipping details, But don't ship..

I would not recommend buying from this company.

Terrible delivery times

30-12-2025:
It's been 21 days since I bought a silver bar and they still haven't shipped the item. Apparently, they sell what they don't have.
They don't even give a delivery deadline, and I had to send them an email asking why it's taking so long.
First and last purchase from this store.
UPDATE 29-1-2026:
I received the item 50 days after ordering, everything was ok, it was undoubtedly excessive but otherwise everything was fine. So I'm changing my rating to 3 stars.

Horrible

This company is a joke! you don't need to be much intelligent to understand it. He sells hoodies and bags that literally look extremely cheap for hundreds of euros. They make it almost impossibile to send the stuff back. Just avoid it please.

They ask me pictures of my credit card!?

I ordered a 250€ Perfume and they sent me an email asking for pictures of my ID and pictures of my credit card. That is illegal in europe!!! This goes against RGPD laws in europe. I am never going to order again from them, they are scammers!!! Watch out

Terrible shipping and unsafe data

The products are amazing, of that there is no doubt, but the shipping is absolutely terrible. My current order has no delivery date and we're at 4 weeks for delivery to the UK and no information as to where or when, or even if it will ever turn up.

What is of more concern is I have had an email from MG asking for a photo of my ID (front and back) and a front and back photo of my credit card to be sent via email. To be clear, someone at MG wants my personal Id and my credit card details, this is a disgrace and to request it by email to be returned via email is a totally unsafe way of doing this. I'm sorry to say I will never use MG again, between the shipping issues and the attempt by someone to get my personal info is extremely concerning. If that's how he handles peoples critical data its no wonder the shipping is terrible.

I do not recommend and I would strongly advise you to NOT send some shop on the internet your personal and financial data.

A price inquiry regarding an $87k item…

A price inquiry regarding an $87k item (watch) was met with a rude, obnoxious, and arrogant response by staff. In disbelief and upon requesting clarification, no further responses were afforded. It turned out to be quite the stroke of good happenstance on my part however, as eventually, I was able to procure the exact same watch in pristine condition from another well-know vendor for $62k. I am appalled that Mr. Gebauer would condone such disrespectful attitudes from his staff. Behind this artificial high-toned facade lies some very common and practicably unintelligible urchins !

Poor watch purchase and now stuck

Bought a watch through chrono anx Marc Gebauer and what a terrible experience. 1st of all they send the watch to Germany and someone else. Then they send the watch 2 months late. I am adamant it said with papers. No papers! Also watch doesn't keep time. Terrible!

As horrible as imaginable

Ordered 2 samples of their perfumes and PAID in advance as normal with card of my gf because the cite didnt accept my bank card for some reason, 2 days later, they send me an email on german to send them picture of both sides of both my id card and my bank card (WITH NUMBERS) so they can "identify" me because they say its suspicious it isnt the same name from the card i paid and in the delivery.
Imagine asking someone to send you pictures of your bank card, both sides, I want to say once again AFTER I ALREADY PAID in advance, like what type of identification is that, and they didnt want to send me my order because of course im not braindead to send them my private id and bank card pictures. Had great picture of marc gebauer and his brand, but from now on, whoever asks me about them i will say as it is, only negative things. SHAME!

There was an issue with a perfume bottle I ordered, and their customer service accredited me $$$$ towards another purchase. Probably not even their fault, and was just a product defect, but they were very understanding and I appreciate that as a customer.
