They are a professional scamer

They are a professional scamer . They have to enter your transfer manually to make sure they watch what you doing and play with their system to eat up all what you deposit.

RIDICULOUS fees

RIDICULOUS fees - 0.0005 ( ~= USD $17 ) for a withdrawal in BTC. A "miners fee". I can make BTC transactions elsewhere which go through fine for as little as $0.25 USD.

see Margex's own /app/wallet/withdrawal page.

Steer clear!
=============
I got my money out for a reasonable fee in the end.
But too many things about this site are 'indicative'.
When I clicked through the withdrawal process, the USD equivalent amount they showed I would get was waay below market value. I took several emails to support before they told me that value isn't 'live', it's historical ( ! )
Then there's a scary and unnecessary warning on the BITCOIN withdrawal page about only withdrawing to wallets which support smart contracts. Which are of course not needed for BTC. Again, more time wasted in emails.
Their site needs polishing, and they need to start giving users accurate information.

Dear Duncan,

The BTC withdrawal fee shown on the withdrawals page is indicative. The actual fee will usually be lower and will depend on the average fee paid to the miners. To prevent any further confusion, we have adjusted the indicative fee to 0.00005.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

no delay after a few upgrades!

after they improved the trading engine all problems were gone!!! If earlier some deals could be closed with a delay, at the moment all positions are closed in 1 SECOND OR EVEN FASTER. So far I have had a positive experience of trading on this platform.

the main disadvantage of Margex is the lack of deposit options (you can credit the account only with btc, eth, USDT and some other ERC20 tokens)... and there are few trading assets (only 6)

Convenient platform, easy to use, great potential

So far the experience has been great and has drastically improved since the initial launch of the website.

FYI also, like many reviewers here - I had login issues related to the multi-step authentication (2FA); turns out when you type in your password wrong a few times the login to your account gets blocked and you have to unblock it via recovery mail. I didn't immediately think to check my email at first and spent a good several hours trying to login unsuccessfully.

Some feedback for the Margex team:
Improve the login form so your clients know when account credentials are wrong or if their account is blocked (or any other reasons why they can't currently log in), like other websites do. The way it is set up now is a bit confusing

The funding rates are pretty…

The funding rates are pretty ridiculous compared to other platforms, these need to be reduced to be a valid competitor. It constantly logs you out so too make any quick changes like adding a stop loss you have to log back in again. I removed the 2fa for this reason, but every so often it won't let me log in without asking for a 2fa which is disabled! If I do put a 2fa in, it won't let me log in either! Definitely some glitches that need to be fixed, support isn't great either. Tells you the obvious, not real support. You can't change the leverage on an existing opening position and you can't add to a position or scale out either. so once you're in one you're pretty stuck! Will be moving my funds to a different platform.
