I still haven't heard about my part…

I still haven't heard about my part being shipped four weeks after the order. There has been no reason given for any delay. I received an email on january 7 that i would be notified when my order had been picked, packed, and shipped.

Love the hoodie, but it’s 20% polyester. Website says 100% cotton. Meh.

Needed to identify a few missing parts…

Needed to identify a few missing parts for a new bike build. Their tech support was spot on as I sent them a picture of the bike frame and they quickly identified the correct parts and shipped them immediately. I have to say I was impressed that I had the parts in two days and they were exactly what I needed.

Do NOT order direct from Marin unless you like issues

First bike I ordered online was processed, took my money. Two weeks later I was notified order was cancelled because they were sold out. Still showed available online. Ordered new bike that was one level down, but was $100 more expensive. Bike arrived four days late from the shown delivery date. Seat post clamp lever was loose inside the box and the other three pieces (nut, barrel, and bolt) were missing. Probably due to a large hole in the shipping box. During assembly of the rest of the bike, I found a spoke that was severely bent and loose - needs to be replaced. I got online to contact Marin to replace the missing parts. No way to call them. The only means to report damaged and missing items was an online template for general use. Waiting... I will never order another Marin that is directly shipped from the company.
