I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Markets.com regarding the withholding of my withdrawal request, which I believe is a fraudulent action. My account has been subject to significant delays, and my requested withdrawal of USD 12,959 has not been processed despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter with the company.

Here are the details of the situation:

B.V.I Financial Services Commission (“FSC”) under the Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010, licence number SIBA/L/14/1067.

Amount Withheld: USD 12,959

Timeline of Events:
29-Aug: Applied for account registration.
29-Aug: Verification documents were approved.
20-Sep: Deposited USD 9,000.90 into my account.
15-Oct: Requested withdrawal of profits.
15-Oct to 06-Nov: I submitted all requested documentation as per their instructions.
06-Nov: Markets.com ceased all communication and is no longer providing support.

Despite my repeated efforts to contact their support team and provide all necessary documentation, I have not received any resolution, and they are now ignoring my inquiries entirely.

This behavior is not only unprofessional but also seems to be part of a broader scam, as I am being denied access to my rightful funds without any valid justification. Given the circumstances, I am requesting that the relevant authorities thoroughly investigate this matter and assist in recovering my funds.

Please let me know if you require any further details or documentation from my side to facilitate your investigation. I appreciate your attention to this urgent matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving this situation.

This was by far the worst experience i had with a broker. They had my account on B Book, once in Profit they changed my agreement, forced me to close my positions, they denied all recorded verbal agreement made with my account manager Mr. Ali and asked me to go to court. They are not trustworthy. My advise to whoever reading this make sure they are legally licensed in your country.

This was by far the worst experience i had with a broker. They easily take your money but when it comes to withdrawals you have to go through support back and forth for an hour because you need to upload documentation from your bank just to show you made a deposit? Ive never experienced something so stupid. If you want to know if i made a deposit then check on my account history or on your backend. As a customer why do i have to show you i made a deposit?
Also, how does it make sense that i would be able to trade without making a deposit in the first place? And after all that, you cancel my withdrawal request and tell me to wait until i have the valid documentation?
