Isaias Santos was very helpful and professional!

One of the things I dislike about the trading platform is the annoying pop-up chat bot. It is in your face at the most inopportune time and you have to physically click to get rid of it.
I used it once to find out how to stop it from just popping up, the answer was: there is no way.
Most chat bots are in a corner somewhere where you can just click on it when required.
If the company continues with the chat-bot the way it is I will be trading elsewhere.

Ive had issues with depositing funds and technical support did not stop until my issue was resolved which I find amazing. Really impressed by the speedy and professional service.

I struggled to transfer my money to my live account. After many attempts I went to the live support chat and Raman Othman helped me with the issue. It was resolved in a moment. Thank you for your great service Raman

Tech team sucks, i have spoken to live chat multiple times, have emailed too, no response like i was promised. I've had an issue for the last 2 weeks, I've received no help at all. I like this broker, but their communication is horrid.

I suggest you do not invest in this company, when you are near your margin call, they will not allow you to add funds. They will tell you all sorts of lies, excuses, asking you to talk to your bank for limit transaction, etc.
I have talked and recorded all my conversations with 4 banks, they all said my cards are all good, no declined transactions
But Markets.com still kept on declining my deposit until I hit my Margin Call, that's one of their ways to earn, aside from very high commission
And one more thing, some of their customer service representatives are really rude, repeatedly saying "As I've said" in almost every line, making you feel like an idiot

Closed my partnership, after a year where I now noticed I had made some money from learning my students and referring markets.com, I tried to withdraw on the 20th of this month, and today is the 30th,

I've been sending back to back emails following up on my account, with them sending a mure, one email reply daily requesting, just another document, I've had to resubmit twice the same account code,

This morning I get a email fromthem asking to change my trust pilot review, and they will pay my commission out to my mt4 account (even tho I dont use mt4, I use mt5)
I said no I won't change my review becouse I believe that trust poilot should be a place we can go to see all the good and bad a broker has,

And less than an hour ago I get finally the email that they will proses my withdrawal today and at the end they say my partnership with them is now as they stated "As we cannot foresee any forthcoming business, kindly note that we will initiate the termination process for this campaign and you will soon receive an official letter confirming this. We thank you for your understanding and business."

I've been with a few brokers but this is the first, they would rather have a partner struggle and when a partner finally has enough and comes here, they wanna cancel a person's affiliates,

SCAMMERS!!!
I have been trading with this company for 4-5 months.
And I had 11 thousand dollars in my account. They sent me an e-mail saying that they had closed my account, and then they suddenly closed it. Then I couldn't access to my account and when I wanted to withdraw my money from my account, they first said that I could, but after keeping me waiting for 1 week, they said that I could not withdraw my money, saying that we had sent you enough money before. It's a huge fraud company. Don't be fooled by the fact that it has such high scores. There are many people who write fake reviews. Do not enter this company. Do not let anyone you know enter it. It will be a waste of your money. I will write similar comments everywhere because I am very angry with this company and I do not want them to deceive other people like they deceived me, stay away!!!!

Their service is so excellent. I was just helped by Louis as I speak and he was very understanding and explaining things very much clearly, so to say the least I am so happy with the service and looking forward to working with them.

This is the biggest fraud I have ever seen.

I have been trading for 4 months and I had 12K USD inside.
They closed my account and took all the money!

While they were answering, they were writing me like they are kidding, so unprofessional.
No one is answering my complaints, I cannot reach my account, and so on.

If you want your money to be stolen, or scammed in front of your eyes. This is the broker you need to select!

They are so professional with what they are doing, waiting you to make money then close and take all of it.
Or if you lose, they are just watching. Win/Win!

Do not use this broker!!!! It isn’t right I’ve traded on 2 brokers at the same time markets.com and vantage made more losses on markets.com then vantage with the same trades I think they steal money from everyone who uses that broker (markets.com) with out people noticing it again I don’t make any accuses it’s just my thoughts I’m quitting with this broker it just doesn’t feel right

The spread they have is insane

Worst broker ever. More than 2 weeks I am waiting my money. They stole my money. Every day I contacted them and always the same story "We do apologizes for this delay , the relevant department has been informed we are awaiting for an update , we will get back to you as soon as we have it." Unbelievable. I need to sue them. They are SCAM 100%. Be away from that

I needed customer service to verify my account and just had very good help from David S via the chat.
My issues have now Been solved.
