This is an absolutely genuine and honest account of my exchanges with Markets.Online so far, I even have proof if its needed!!

MARKETS.ONLINE ARE A SCAM!

They were all for help when I was trying to deposit but they've now disappeared when I've tried to make a withdrawal. The only two names I know from this company that has stolen from me are Jason Halon and Rudi Bennet.

I deposited $9,000 in total and when I first tried to withdraw, they told me I had scalped and manipulated therefore I can't make any withdrawals and I had to either have my money locked in with them for 3 years or so in bonuses or I can give them all my profits and take my deposit back after around a month of bonus turnover.

I chose the second option, and I completed my bonus turnover, and they still didn't release my deposit, its been over a month now that I've been contacting them everyday through email, WhatsApp and phone but they've stopped responding to me.

This company Markets.Online are powered by Hf&Co.Ltd, registered in the FSA in Seychelles and uses the website Online.Markets, they are definitely a scam that won't return even your deposit and look out because there are fake reviews they write about themselves everywhere, the truth is my friends and I have lost a total of over $100,000 to Markets.Online and I hope you don't follow the same fate.

They have changed their website to "online.markets" incase anybody is wondering where they disappeared!

Do not trade with these people they are are scam. I just lost euro 9500. I tried to log onto my online trading account with them recently and the website has been removed completely. Take your money and run now! Google support @ markets.online and you will see for your self the warnings issued about these thieves!

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This is a FRAUD Company MARKETS ONLINE!!!! They will never give you your money back and the people behind this organisation are wanted by INTERPOOL.

This company may work for some if you put a lot of money in. But for me I put the required $400 in to begin and from the beginning they push to put more money in. It was tiresome and rude and so unprofessional I found my dealings with the staff unnerving as they lie non stop and deny lying and accurse you of lying etc.. I should have just left and resigned to the fact I'd made a mistake but I wanted to get my money out and I wanted to try trading. I signed up for a bonus not understanding that this locked me in for more than a year. They don't write a lot, they call you so it is hard to have proof. I would not use this company again if you paid me to. I am yet to find my funds, it seems they have disappeared from my account after not using it for some time due to being told I no longer was able to have assistance to trade as I would not put more money in.

They took forever to approve my account. I have been trying withdraw my money for 3 months and they keep saying I have to do different things before I can request to withdraw. When I did those things they took forever to cancel my previous withdrawal request so I couldn't make a new one. Honestly the customer service is poor, they're so rude. I instantly get angry when I have to speak to them when they call, so I have avoided answering for the sake of my own mental health. I have used many brokers and this is by far the worst one. I hope I get my money soon but I fear I'll never see it again.

Since the last few years, I am struggling to find a trustworthy investment and forex advisory agency. Through a friend, I came across markets.online They are extremely professional and helpful. Today, I make a substantial income with the expert advice of markets online. I am highly satisfied with their service and recommend others.

In October 2019 I decided to invest 250 € to trade with Markets.Online. It did not seem to be too risky. Little did I know…
They offered me to let the third-party Algo-Trader do the trading for me. However, telling me that 250€ would be too small of an amount to trade they offered me a bonus of 250€. When I filled out a form to agree to that bonus I stumbled on this sentence: “Trading on Forex [etc.] … can result in losses that exceed deposits.” I asked them whether I could possibly have to make up for losses that the Algo-Trader could incur. They told me that I would not have to worry about that. So I trusted their word but had an odd feeling because they would not make that promise in writing.
Also, I did not know what that statement in their “Terms & Conditions” means: “For clients using the Algo Third Party Trading Solution for Online Trading, the minimum count of lots required for each granted bonus credit shall be the amount of bonus credit itself divided by 3.” Now I know that this meant that I would have to have traded 83,33 lots (250€ / 3 = 83,33) before I could get ahold on any of the money on my account. By April – i.e. 7 months later – the Algo-Trader had traded about 11 lots.
The Algo-Trader made great gains (about 2500 € in a few months). However, I feared that I would not be allowed to withdraw money in order to pay the taxes on my gains. Moreover, although the gains were great, the drawdown was huge and terrible! So, I might have a lot of money but if the open trades were closed, only a part of that money would remain.
I am glad that recently the Algo-Trader was trading so badly that all the open positions had to be closed (call out; see my FX Blue account: www[dot]fxblue[dot]com/users/tesso [here you can see how the Algo-Trader traded my money]). So, this nightmare seemed to be over. Now it does not trade anymore. However, now that I am trying to close my account (and maybe get at least 94 € of my 250 € back), they quote the “Terms & Conditions” and tell me that I cannot cancel the account because I do not meet the turnover requirements regarding the bonus!!! So they cling to me and do not let me leave them. Does anybody have a suggestion how I can get rid of them?

I signed up with them, stupidly without doing much research. They are not regulated in the UK, which was the first flag. I then read through the (real) reviews on TrustPilot, which spell out a similar story to mine.

If you sign up with this company and try to withdraw your money, you will be in for a long few weeks of complaining and chasing up. When I eventually got my money back, it was significantly less than it should have been. This was due to fees, which I was told I wouldn't be charged.

I am STILL in the process of trying to complain, however they do not respond or if they do, you're promised that it's been "raised with the concerned department" and you never hear from them again.

Please please please do not use this company. If you wish to use a broker for any reason, use someone like AvaTrade or BDSwiss, for your own safety.

EDIT: I meant to add that the reason I gave them for leaving was the Trust Pilot reviews. Over the last couple of weeks, there have been a number of clearly fake reviews posted which you will see below. This gives you some idea of the company they really are!

I think Markets Online are not bad. I have been with them two months now and I personally cannot complain. I always steer clear of advancing my positions too fast, even nature follows this principle. I have given myself a total of six months to assess if it would be worth the risk to increase my positions with them. For now I will stay with them but I will maintain my position following what I have read here at 250.

These guys are a complete scam , I have $1000 usd in there and after 2 to 3 months still cant get it back , they have not followed through on any of their promises. Do not give them a cent as you won't get a thing back , I am still pursuing my initial investment of $500 and don't hold out much hope... Tim Silver , Rudi Bennet , Anthony Holzman to name a few of the Con men...

Dont fall for this company to invest money in algo trading. You cant make widrawals if you received a bonus acorrding to their terms and conditions.. My algo account made profit. Its been trading in a small lot size. You need 90 days to terminate your algo and you need to deposit to increse trading lot size or change settings. and After 7 months i wanted to widraw myprofits but cant make widrawals coz i need to to reach 1000 lot size to trade just to make widrawals.. Even i requested to return my capital its not possible because of that bonus terms and conditions.

3 stars is about right for them guys. nothing too good, nor too bad..average

Omg good job I never gave big money, false repayment claims, ask them for copy of the payment surprise surprise to copy provide this circus has bin going for 2 months, these people only regulated in Mauritius it not worth the paper

Please be warned about this company. A lot of people are still out there falling for their scams and losing money. I traded with them and they refused to grant withdrawal request. Took months before i was able to get the money back from them. check my profile for more

Very unserious "company".
I transferred a small amount just to start with.
A few ours later I searched on internet about this company and was shocked about the comments.
I withdrew my engagement and asked them repeatedly to return the money. No reply at all.

Markets.online – HF& Co. Ltd is located in Seychelles, a well-known offshore zone and a preferred location for shady brokerage. Markets.Online is an offshore broker. Problem with offshore brokers is that they are not reliable and abuse the regulations.

Unreal scam.. I was stupid enough to sigh up with the $250 deal. I stupidly again, accepted the bonus and then was locked in .. They, Katherine Jones, Natalie, Samuel.. are total professional scamming artists. The girls, I was always skeptical of as their promises seemed so dubious. They also get so angry when you don't want to put more money in or you don't do as they want you to. The continual pressure to put more money in seemed over the top. Samuel who helped me to trade, was particularly good at deceiving. It was because of him I didn't run away at the beginning. He comes across so genuine. Anyway, nobody at Market Online tells you..how long you'll be locked in for when you accept the bonus. Through my continual skepticism and frustration, I continued with them for 4 months. UNTIL my New Zealand bank told me Markets Online were considered a fraud company and by no means would they allow me to send them anymore. The only reason I was considering giving more money was because, the bonus locked me in for 40 'lots'. After 4 months of weekly trading, I had only made 6 'lots'. I had a year at least to go before they would release my money. Then I was told my trading sessions were coming to an end... without them I could not trade and therefore not make anymore 'lots' and so would not be able to get my money out. So I was stuck...they said the only way to reach my target was to invest more giving me more leverage to trade with so I can trade more 'lots'.
These guys are professional scammers... in for the long term.. tell you great scenarios, trying hard to get you to trust them. However, when they know they can't get any more money out of you, they ignore you. Totally drop you. I hope you are not sucked in by them. I hope they are forced to shut down soon due to so many people complaining about them. There are other reviews on other sites also that show how many people have had terrible experiences with Markets Online and have lost so much money.

Hello.. so far I have had a good experience with markets.online. Even I was confused when I joined because I did not trade before online. I joined in February and so far made few profits and even managed to withdraw without any difficulties. I do not have any bonus.
But now all these reviews made me confused because last week my account manager was not responding to my emails. Got an automatic reply that he will reply soon. This week he responded saying he was out for a short vacation.
Do you think I can still trust this company? Apart from that issue last week, I have had no other issues so far and was even planning to invest more.
