VICTIM of MARKETS.ONLINE

Its similar story like others but still will share because it may save someone's hard earned money.
Initially I started with small amount and manual trading. Then their customer service manager (Mr. Bradley Ford) called me and explain about ALGO automated trading system. I admit that Mr. Bradley knows how to convince people about their system. I trusted him and start ALGO trading a/c with more money(sounds stupid) without any research about this scam brokerage firm.
Initially my a/c was going in profit and he keep insisting me to put more money which I dint. I feel when they were sure that I will not increase my investment then ALGO starts opening so many trades and all were going in negative direction and in the end my a/c become zero.
It looks like its all simulation behind not actual trading. In between when my a/c was in profit I asked for refund and then I came to know about their biggest scam because I dint read or understand their BONUS policy. I came to know that I cant refund even my own money(forget about profit). The reason was BONUS money which in start they add with my money without explaining the result. Actually that's what they want. They informed me that I would have to complete 1000s of trades which in fact practically impossible then I can refund my money.
Now if anyone wants more info then please contact me. I have recorded all screen shots of my account.
After reading mine and others useful reviews no one should go with this broker firm. Rest all up to U.

Illegal and blackmail tactics, you must read this.

Dont even try with this company, its unfathomable how bad they actually are, just trying to get your deposit back without agreeing to all there terms is almost impossible, plus there is huge charges on any withdrawal including your deposit, i urge you to check else where. I have jump through more hoops than a beagle that has attended every dog show over the past decade.

There Customer service is only there when your giving money, but when your trying to withdraw it you wont get any response without mentioning CTSI or other Trading Standards to them in an email. (they called me within 2 minutes after that email after ignoring me for 4 days) Which does indicate that they are a very shady company.

I am unable to print one of there documents to send to them which is why i began asking for my deposit back, they kept telling me to go to library's and internet cafes to print it out, but i am unable to leave the house till my wife comes home because i take care of our very young child, and everywhere is closed by then, but its like banging your head against a wall, you say your unable to print it, they say go here and print it, you say you cant print it they say go there and print it.

Ive gone through 5 different people repeated myself 25 times, i've got proof that they can return my deposit without this form (because its only a deposit) i've got phone records and emails saying and i quote ''account has to be fully verified for the Finance Department to be able to proceed with your request'' and they still wont return the Deposit...

Unbelievable how astonishingly poor the company is, Trust Pilot if your there you need to gallow us to choose a rating below Bad, actually make it 3 ratings below Bad.

Edited 15/11/19 11:35am
(After a Phone Call from Markets Online on 15/11/19 09:30am)

I received a Phone call from the company regarding my request for the withdrawal of my Deposit... They actually asked me to ''remove this review before they would start processing my withdrawal''... Astonishing... They are actually trying to ransoming my withdrawal request...

Also Intentionally delaying my withdrawal to make my account go into dormant which would mean i would be forced...YES FORCED to trade on there platform, even though i have a transcript with them actually telling me ''No-one is forcing you to trade'' in order to get my money back.

On Top of that they keep saying they are a 'legitimate company' but actually trying to blackmail me into removing this review BEFORE they will process my Deposit withdrawal...

But wait there's more...

Now that they have all the documents required that i was FORCED to send in to get my deposit back, because i have now sent that form in again, that they FORCED me to do, they can now charge me an extortionate fee for my withdrawal, even though one person told me it would only be £5, the next person told me it would be £30.

With the company being so 'legitimate' as they claim then they should have recorded evidence of these phone calls and actually holding my funds illegally, ransoming my withdrawal till i remove this review is Illegal and blackmail. So there is their legitimacy out of the window for you.

This company has a great SCAM system in…

This company has a great SCAM system in place...one can only envy them that he didn't come up with it himself. They will offer you a trial period with 10k account (most probably fake/imaginary funds), and they promise you that after the trial, you will receive this amount to your trading account. In order to be able to get this "trial", they require you to make a minimum deposit of 250 USD, then make you watch a worthless webinar during which you receive a discount code, so you end up being required to invest only 200 USD. That's where your journey through their scam system begins...The same moment when you apply, they offer you a "bonus" of 200 USD, but they never explain to you that if you except their offer, you will have to first trade 40 LOTS in order to be able to withdraw any profits you generate. So, we're not talking about withdrawing the bonus here...we're talking about withdrawing the profits you make. So, they actually deceive you into giving you the bonus, without you being properly informed that this will basically cripple you. For a beginner trader, that is basically a dead end road. Your money will be soon gone altogether this way or the other...
However, the real fun begins once the algorithmic trial is over :)
So, in my case, the algorithmic trading ended up with 5600 USD of profits added to the balance, while having around -2900 USD positions still open in negative. So, while in reality the algorithm did 2700 USD profit, they claimed that the money made was 5600 USD. This is when it became obvious to me that something is not working out. Why would they close -2900 USD negative, and "give" me a bonus of 5600 USD? Well...this soon became very obvious. Now, probably, none of this money is real. It's probably just a simulation. So, no real money made or lost... but, once I agreed with them to add me another bonus of those 5600 USD to my account, I got screwed completely. Next day I made 290 USD profit and wanted to withdraw to make sure that they are paying out, however, only then they explained the conditions: In order to be able to withdraw ANY money from the account, I would have wait for 1 year and trade 1120 LOTS in order to qualify my account to be able to withdraw anything (!!!!) including my investment, including the profits I generated by working (trading)... So, that's it, that's the best scam I have seen in YEARS :)
I freaking love it, and of course, I hate that I lost 200 USD...
The biggest problem with this is that this SCAM is legal. They have all this written in Terms and Conditions, but their game is on point and they trick you into joining and paying before you manage to properly inform yourself.
They also claim that you can withdraw the profits if you invest the equivalent amount to the bonus they gave you. So that's how they want to trick you to invest a bunch of money more...and THAT's why they gave me bonus of 5600 USD instead of 2700 USD. Brilliant :)
To any trader, beginner or less beginner...Please, save your time and money and avoid this company. They are a big big scam. The biggest and the most intelligent I got to see in 10 years of trading online.

These were the allocated Brokers… NOT CHOSEN BY ME

These were the allocated Brokers provided by a trading platform i wished to use. I deposited $500 and after few days the balance was not showing up on the platform. When questioning markets.online about this I was passed from pillar to post and eventually told NO, the balance was deposited with them and they will not link the accounts. I therefore requested a full refund.

This was going to be a long drawn out affair with emails and telephone calls everyday for well over a month. doing all the KYC and told I have to phone verify the request for withdraw (I get that ok, but to have to do it everyday virtually, I dont get) Well I do.... They wanted to to give in. It was a nightmare and has caused me considerable distress.

Eventually a refund arrived minus $85!!!!! which they said was made up of 3 different charges, none of which make any sense, they basically just tried to get as much as they could from me, god forbid I would have actually let them retain the money on the platform.

No reply after a few emails asking for proper justification.

Have dealt with many many Brokers, LIcenced and not. This is by far the worst! for customer service, and being the slowest for actioning anything.

Bets they aint regulated (I did search)

ADVICE - Like stress? like losing money and being ripped off? then this is the Broker for you
