Exceedingly slow delivery (close to 2 months) and the shoes are rubbish when they arrived. They have those stupid rubber button soles which wear out in no time and pull up fluff on carpets, if you wear them indoors. The interiors appear to be made out of half stuck together cardboard. They were not expensive but even so, a waste of money. Don't buy from these people

Do not buy from this company they are crooks the website has a picture of a shop front with London bus and taxi to make it look like they are based in London They do not mention that they are in China until you order from them and you track to see that its coming from China then it arrives and its the wrong size or looks nothing like the picture.Then they say you have to pay upto 40% of the price of the goods to send it back to them its a total rip off. Joke is that they mention a money back guarantee on the website

I accidentally ordered the wrong bag. I immediately emailed to cancel. The response came over 2 days later during which time the bag had been sent. When it arrived it was awful quality and I was glad I had cancelled. I attempted to get my refund and was told I had to pay to send the bag to China. I objected and was told 'tough' you can have a discount towards another purchase! I'm so angry and feel defrauded. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

Bought a coat, looks nothing like the photo. It is 100 per cent polyester and looks awful. Going to take this as lesson learned to check reviews before I buy. Not going to try to return based on warnings from other people

The worst customer experience ever I ordered a pair of shoes I normally take a size 9 but with ordering online I thought I would order a 9.5 to be sure they fit after waiting 3 weeks they arrived couldn’t even get them on my feet.
After numerous emails of asking for my money back all they are willing to do is offer 50% off my next order as if I would order anything from such a incompetent bunch of cowboys,
In their advert they advertise full money back guarantee another lie,
They won’t admit that their sizing is wrong I ordered a uk 9.5 so That’s what I expect I had no idea they were coming from China this company need’s stopping.
I’m a pensioner who bought in good faith and been ripped off .
Can trading standards do anything about this ?.

They sent my order too late so it was useless when it arrived because the event had passed. Asked for a refund they said their return address was in china for a company based in the Netherlands and the cost of the return was mine to bear, which was more than half of the order cost.

I really wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order with Maroxe. The business address on the website is in The Netherlands. I had no idea I was ordering from China.
I ordered two jumpers. They arrived over a month later and are such poor quality. They look nothing like the photos.
I emailed and said I wanted to return them. They offered me 50% off my next order instead. I said no, I wanted a refund. They said I had to pay for shipping and would have to pay the tax to get the package through customs when it arrived in China.
I've decided not to bother, as postage will cost a fortune and they could tell me that the customs tax was whatever they wanted it to be and deduct it from the cost of the jumpers. I'm not confident I'd ever get any money back and would have spent even more on postage.
What a con. Do not use this company!

Ordered a gift for Christmas still not arrived their websites states overall 12 days for delivery. Still nothing do not use them unless you love disappointment!

Quality is extremely poor paid 80£ for 2 over shirts that came in extra small and they are rubbish get the same of a market in England for cheaper maybe 20£

Do not use these people under any circumstance, extremely bad customer service and even worse product. You would be better off throwing your money in the bin.
And even if you do buy from them and are not satisfied don’t even try to get your money back.
Look at all the other reviews and don’t waste your money

Please do not buy from this company. They are not legitimate. They are rude and they point blank refuse to give me a refund on crappy cheap fake leather boots that I ordered in size 8.5 and they sent me a size 8. They don’t fit and the error was theirs. Stay clear. Order crap stuff at your very own peril.

If there was a minus rating mine would be -5.

Where to start? Product was described as leather and there was no leather on the shoes, the size delivered was not the size ordered, the shoes were taped together without bag or box and sustained damage during transit. Customer services told me I had to return the product at my own cost for a 60% refund. I had to do charge back through bank to get my monies refunded. Avoid this company

If there were minus stars I would have given them that. On the website it shows original HOKA shoes. However what I received over a month later are copy NOKA shoes of such bad quality, that I cant even give it to the charity shop. Now asking for a refund, and dont get a straight reply. This is a fraud company. Please do not buy.

I purchased a hair styler from this company, I waited weeks and then received a product with an EU plug that was poor quality, I asked for a refund and was offered a 50% discount code and discouraged from returning my products due to the postage fee and import tax back to china. I have asked to continue with a return and requested a full refund. I would definitely avoid this company. It is sad that they are targeting young kids with this product who will lose their money like me.

Bought a kitchen tap. Had a professional plumber try to to put it my kitchen sink. He could get no water flow inspite of trying for a while. Finally he gave up saying the tap was faulty and of poor quality. Requested a refund. Given two options...either pay for return to CHINA or accept 10% of purchase price. I have no guarantee that it will be received and quite frankly believe that I will be advised that must have been 'lost' in the post. As you can imagine I'm not a happy customer. My advise is avoid this company at all costs. The item received was clearly of very poor quality. Lesson learned..never ever buy anything from them again. Reporting to trading standards. Item clearly sent from UK address but returns have to be sent to China?

I don't even want to give this company one star. Bought Christmas present from them and they sent the wrong item. They wouldn't allow me to return the items even those it was there fault.

Had a weird experience buying one pair of shoes which like magic became two pairs of different sizes, got an email purchase confirmation and then another one as update with the two pairs, checked this site and thought i was being hammered myself like many below! I wrote to the customer service and asked for a full refund and it all kindly got refunded within a few days, that's my experience of the customer service....
