I ordered an Indi-dog houdini harness…

I ordered an Indi-dog houdini harness and it's fabulous. Very well made with quality material. It looks beautiful on my boy and the yellow colour suits him. Just waiting for his matching lead, which will hopefully come this week. There was a delay in the safe snap clips so hopefully they've arrived.

Feeling mugged off!!

Update** Contacted Funky Pigeon as requested, to be further mugged off. Not willing to match price of competitor and not willing to do anything about postage either. The reply from them on Trust Pilot is to make it appear as though they care about their customers while doing nothing to keep them! They claim the orders come from multiple places!! Well FP, that's another star you've lost and off to your competitors I go. Shame really because I've ordered a lot of lovely personal baubles in the past, but no more. Byeeeeeeeee......

Haven't received the order yet but
wasn't the easiest to do. Ordered collage mugs but had to keep changing file for one that funky pigeon recognised. Also 20% more expensive than a competitor. Postage was £12 despite all item going to the same address. Feel somewhat ripped off. Let's hope the mugs are worth the price.

Misleading advertising. Don't waste your money with this bunch of charlotans. Giving no stars is not an option

Giving no stars is not an option. Misleading advertising, very poor customer service.
Bought shoes for husband, not cheap, claiming to be from Netherlands but turns out the company is based in Hong Kong. Shoes fell apart having been worn 5 times- within 3 weeks of receiving them. Shoes arrived in pink bag and polyope - not the standard expected for cost of shoes. Solution to buy another pair that will be discount. Get real! Who in their right mind is going to order the same crappy product again! Returning them would be £30! Absolutely disgusting!! Hope this business goes bust 🤬😡😡😡

I am still waiting for the King size…

I am still waiting for the King size sheet to arrive. Without the sheet the set is not fit for purpose. Shame because it's a beautiful set. I contacted Dusk to see when it would be dispatched and I've heard nothing. Have bought some lovely stuff previously and not had any issues but this is very disappointing.

Fabulous service from Pets Reunited

Fabulous service. So quick and easy to set up. Small fee to pay for all the help and assistance Pets Reunited provided and missing alerts were sent out very quickly. Loved the 50 free posters and professional looking posters, flyers etc. Hope I never have to use you again but so thankful you were there when needed.

Beyond expensive

Pets n Vets used to be great until it was taken over by Linnaeus. The money men have moved in that's for sure!
Flu and enteritis cat booster £72. Used to be less than this for 2 cats. Puppy vacc course £91, a bit more reasonable. Cat dental for 3 teeth out >£1000 and insist on 2 visits instead of doing it in one, like other vets do. Trying to push you towards a health care plan for flea, worming and vaccinations when most of it isn't needed and is cheaper online. The staff do a great job and are lovely but the drive to make a profit is greater than the desire to do what's best for the pet and owner. Any excuse to squeeze more money out of clients. Their excuse for such extortionate prices is overheads and things increasing in price, which is true in part but certainly not to this extent. A puppy vaccination for DHP cost £37.50 in Lincolnshire and the vet is independent. You would think an independent would charge more because they won't have the buying power of the big corporates. But no, the corporates are way more expensive, the services provided have got worse and the shareholders are greedy for their dividends. The entire profession needs a complete over haul and price capping introduced. Opportunity for a new quango - Offvet!!

Good range of Timberwolf products at very reasonable prices. Have had Timberwolf products for years, they're always very well made and long lasting. Loved the range of colours available. Order arrived quickly. Would use LaL again.

Useless

Useless - vouchers either expired after 2 minutes or had been used before, despite me not having used the code!! Constantly throws up a booking error on the Vue cinema website. Complete waste of time and very frustrating. This deserves a -5 star.

Wowcher, should be Oucher- what a load of garbage products!

Garbage for the most part. Have ordered a number of items through Wowcher. One doesn't work at all after only 6 week, the vendor has ignored me! One had a hole in it when I bought it, one drains batteries so fast, you'd think they were powering Las Vegas! 3 new and fully charrged batteries dead after an hour. Ridiculous for an LED operated product. It's like shopping with Trotters Independent Traders!!! These aren't seconds, more like thirds, fourths and fifths! Have 2 great products via Wowcher but the bad far outweighs the good. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Fab product

At last a pillow that actually works

At last a pillow that actually works! I have chronic migraine and constantly wake up with stiff neck and shoulders, severe head and neck pain. I've been using this pillow for a week and it's made such a difference. No head or neck pain. Having tried numerous pillows I was somewhat sceptical but I can honestly say it has definitely helped me. I'm a side sleeper so sleep with the dip down. I find this pillow very comfortable and supportive. I left the pillow for 48 hours to fully expand and it is as shown in the pictures. I like it so much I've ordered a second one for travelling. Would have given 5 stars but delivery company let Skeepeasy down.

Absolutely love all my baubles

Absolutely love all my baubles. Initially I ordered 4 but loved them so much I ordered another 10 🙂. They are bigger than I thought and so beautiful because they contain pictures of my furbabies, past and present. It keeps them alive and part of Christmas. Very easy to personalise and were delivered the following day. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend and in fact my friend has now ordered some.

Diabolical customer service - treat customers with contempt

If I could give them a negative number I would. E-On are completely useless and make promises they don't keep. I contacted them on 4 occasions for a refund as they'd miscalculated my monthly direct debit and I was in substantial credit. First time, they agreed to make the refund but it was never processed. I phoned again and they said that whoever had set up the refund wasn't authorised to do so, so the refund was supposedly sent to a manager there and then for authorisation. Couple of weeks later still no refund. Phoned on Friday and was told refund had been set to hit my account Monday, they were making me an ex gratia payment because of the poor service and the agent would phone me to confirm the refund. Monday came and went, no refund and no call back. Phoned complaints line on Tuesday. Was told refund would be in my account on Wednesday and a promise that they would phone me on Wednesday to check refund was in my account . The agent agreed I'd received terrible customer service.Wednesday came and went- no refund, no ex gratia payment and no call fron E-On!! Checked account today, refund finally received but no exgratia payment and you guessed it, no call back from the complaints team. It's taken 10 weeks to get MY money back from them.
So another complaint is on its way. E-ON clearly don't care about their customers and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. They don't answer complaints, they make promises they don't keep. Their customer service is a joke and they treat their customers with contempt. I have absolutely no confidence in their ability to deal with any issue. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and will be switching as soon as possible

Useless

Placed an order on 24.04.2020 and invoice said delivery would be within 21 days. Received another email on 27.04.2020 apologising for delay. The 21 days was up on Friday and we've heard nothing.

Online article via Heart radio said that as at 21.04.2020, Homebase were focusing on emails sent to customer orders.

So I emailed customer orders this morning and... the mail delivery system bounced my email saying emails to this Homebase address have been blocked!! Make of that what you will.

Other retailers have seen a massive increase in online orders but have managed to fulfill them with minor delays, so why not Homebase.

Finally got an email from Homebase saying the order had been processed and was on its way and to take goods back to store if still wanted a refund. Attached to the email was a voucher for 10% off indoor and outdoor plants - what a joke!!

When the unannounced order finally arrived, it was delivered 9 days after it had been dispatched, according to the delivery note. Like so many others orders on here it was wrong and missing a large tin of paint. So either Homebase or the courier company can't count.

Having lost all trust in Homebase we returned all that had been delivered, to our local store,who carried out a refund there and then. This was the smoothest part of the whole process. I just hope the refund hits my card as quickly as they took the money (the same day!).

I feel sorry for the staff in store because they are very helpful and are putting themselves in harms way to help us.So a big thank you to them.

As for Head Office, they have seriously let customers and their staff down. Someone in authority is responsible for some bad decision which the poor folk in customer services are taking the flack for.

Heads should roll for this utter fiasco, assuming that they can weather the storm.

Incompetent service

Ordered a mattress beginning of January. The mattress didn't arrive within the scheduled delivery date so went to cancel the order. Was told some rubbish about the delivery date being when it arrived at the factory!! Also told that order couldn't be cancelled and to refuse the delivery when it arrived. Had also arranged for mattress to be removed costing additional £35. When mattress arrived it was refused and the delivery company issued a "delivery refused"note. 2 weeks later contacted Emma as no sign of a refund. They said the mattress hadn't arrived back at the warehouse. Contacted them again a week later as still no refund. Firstly they said the mattress had been delivered and having told them to look again they admitted it had been refused. I raised concerns about the location of the mattress. They chased up the courier who said it was due for return to the factory the following day - funny that! Having chased for a third time they organised a refund but hadn't refunded the £35 due back as the old mattress wasn't collected, despite checking if I wanted the £35 refunded??!! The refund for the mattress was finally paid over a month after refusing the delivery of the mattress. The refund for the outstanding £35 was finally received on 7th April, but only after threatening to charge them the current business rate of interest for an unauthorised loan. I can't comment on the product as I never took delivery of it. You can only contact Emma by email and while my emails were answered the customer service is appalling and the staff incompetent. Advice: don't buy a mattress online.Go to a high street retailer as you can see what you're getting and can try it out. We now have a mattress from a high street store and we are very happy with it, plus the customer service was excellent.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Tuffermans contacted us very quickly to say that there was a slight problem with the colour in that we had ordered 3 units in blue but they only had 3 units in charcoal, which we were very happy to accept instead. The goods arrived within 2 days of ordering and within one day of Tuffermans contacting us about the colour change. Great product, ready to put together and does the job. Thank you!

Beware of HUGE price hikes

Beware of HUGE price hikes.
Very, very disappointed with Petplan over the last couple of years but especially when my cat's policy came up for renewal in June this year. My cat has just turned 10 and the potential for making a claim due to his age s mitigated by the fact that I co-insure with Petplan as I pay a flat excess and then 20% of every claim. Not a problem and this has been their policy for years. However I moved to a new build property in June and when the policy came up for renewal the premium had increased by 34%, that is £55 per month. In the 11years he's been insured I made one claim for a broken hip, of which I paid the first £90 excess or thereabouts. No further claims were made for this condition or any other illness. I contacted Petplan for an explanation and as far as the pricing team are concerned the premium is correct! How they can possibly justify this I do not know especially when I did a direct comparison with an address just across the street, which came out at £30.08 per month without the 10% online discount. I have moved from a city post code to one which is further out. I live in a new build property but Petplan claim that the HUGE price hike us due to new location and vets fees in the area. This doesn't add up bearing in mind that I have a brand new postcode so there will be no history and the fact that a quote for a policy across the road, for a 7year old cat the same breed as mine on the same terms, is considerably cheaper, 45% cheaper!! I have been through the complaints procedure and the staff did their best to resolve the issue but the belligerent pricing team are adamant that the price is correct but won't tell me how it has been calculated. Probably a finger in the air times ten.
On this basis I became the main insurer with a price hike of 34% + 20% of each claim.
I have been insured with Petplan for close to 30 years and currently have 3 pets insured with them. I am not asking for special treatment but to be treated fairly. There can be no justification for this enormous price hike. Reluctantly I have now had to downgrade his policy as I can't afford this ridiculous price.
I have been involved with Petplan in a professional capacity and always recommended them as a great company. However over the last two years their service has deteriorated, the annual lpremiums have continued to rise far more steeply than in previous years and they take considerably longer than the advertised 5 days to pay out. I never thought I would say this however I feel very let down and wronged by Petplan and on this basis I would not recommend them. I suggest you try elsewhere.
