Mollie my cat absolutely loves the food and is enjoying every bite, she is an extremely fussy cat and unfortunately doesn’t like the fish but much prefers the meat.
You can change the food variety to what they prefer

i am not very good on the internet so usually call and the people i usually speak to are very nice and help full.
The lady said she was going to look into why i can't log in to my account or change what i want. She has delt with my changes in food and as my parcel was delivered to the wrong street and house was going to report it for me. She has also told me when my next deliver should be so i can keep an eye out for it just in case it goes to the wrong street again

My 20 year old cat had given up and her weight had dropped to 1.5 kgs but since feeding her marro she is now back to the weight she was in her prime 3.6 kgs. And is back to being the playful comical cat she used to be. The vet was totally surprised at the change in her as was I. Feeding times are now the highlights of her day

Marro is simply the best cat food for my fur babies. The website is excellent, detailing all the delectable meals available for my furry wonders. Whenever I have a query, the amazing Customer Service team is there to help! They are all so friendly, efficient and totally cat lovers who understand the needs of both cats and cat parents. I'm soooooo happy my girls are Marro Kitties. I can't recommend highly enough!!!

My two cats were also begging for food from very know other brands! They would always leave the food so it would be wasted!
I brought a pack from my vets / franchise and they absolutely love it.
I have place orders for both, it is expensive but fantastic quality they enjoy this either a gentle warmness or straight out the fridge.

They don’t seem to be hungry as much maybe for treats that I do spoil with !

I’ve notice that there fur in just a over a week feels more silky, my girls seem happier

My cat loves Marro and the different meat options that she's tried. Seems to keep well once served so not too much wastage. I do give her supplementary dry food as she likes variety.
Knowing delivery day is very convenient and am given timeframe on the day.

Both my cats enjoy this food I tried to do the menu à la cat but involved as l have two cats and they share the box of food . No problems both like it and both dishes are empty and clean.Not sure if the Maude taster packs where a change of recipe but seemed a bit juicer

After 14.5 years of trying many different brands, all of which My cat would sniff at and then leave. The only food she would eat is the dried biscuits and tins of Tuna in spring water, (not in brine or oil)
Marro has changed that, she now leaves a clean dish every time except for the beef dinner, she really does not like that one and has left it every time.

After being diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, Poppy became very fussy about food and there was little she ate a she lost 1/3 of her body weight. After undergoing I-131 treatment to cure the disease, I wanted to try something new. I was sceptical at first as she is very fussy but she absolutely loves this food and it has been a game changer for me now not worrying about whether she will eat or not.

My cat has (sadly) got a gut disease. I have spent years with vet advice, trying to stabilise this for him with specialist foods. These worked for a few months, then the blood in diarrhoea started again.
He was within hours of death 18 months ago with a sudden exacerbation of his disease which necessitated hospital admission.
I then discovered Marro. New beginning for my cat! He has the beef version and this has been a complete turnaround in his health. He has gained weight, his fur is thick and he has loads more energy. His poo is now formed and is once a day. His disease cannot be cured but Marro Beef has been an absolute epiphany for him and he is enjoying his best life now.
I am so relieved to have found this amazing food and hope it continues to offer him a comfortable life.
Big plus is that he LOVES it 😻

My cat loves the food and he does seem better for it but I’d like to be able to tailor the quantities more. He’s a big cat (6.5-7kg and not classed as overweight) and 2 meals a deal will not sustain him so we end up running out of food at week 3 each month.

INCREDIBLE!!! Their customer service is amazing, so so personable. They included a super cute cat toy in our box around Christmas too! My eldest cat is super fussy, the only thing he could eat for 18 months when I first got him was whiskas kitten food because that’s all he’d been previously given and nothing else was agreeing with his stomach. I’ll be honest, I did not expect him to agree with Marro either but I was desperate to get him off whiskas. But he loves it, his stomach is better than it’s ever been and both my cats absolutely wolf it down. They’ve never been super food motivated but since making the switch, they’re hungry little gremlins. The price is also very reasonable for the quality of food you get. The little menu it comes with is adorable and the box with the cut outs for a cat house is such a lovely addition, they’ve thought of everything and those finishing touches make such a difference. My cats look forward to the box almost as much as the food🤣 it’s clear that this brand is run by people who genuinely care for cats wellbeing and aren’t just in it for quick profit. Honestly couldn’t rate them highly enough and their delivery service is amazing too! So convenient. Thank you Marro, from Boba and Nemo x

Spot loves her Marro. When she’s hungry she’s crying around our feet until it’s in her dish. You’d think she’d been starved the way she calls for it! She was never like that with other brands of food.

My cat is elderly and for years had problems with recurring diarrhoea which we never found out what caused it, and suspected something in his food that he didn’t tolerate. Since we’ve switched to Marro, the tummy problems are completely gone. He also used to be a very fussy eater but now loves his food and regularly licks the bowl clean. 5 stars from Pip 🐈‍⬛.

Ive got nothing but praise my little furbabies love there new food and there cardboard house to play in. Ive had a couple of questions I needed to ask and its very quick and very friendly service. 100 out of 10

My cat loves Marro! It’s so easy to set your cats meal plan, delivery date etc. a great company to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

She has eaten every bit. Not been sick . So far so good

All my felines love MARRO, but it is more sparse for them during the summer, (I need some ice cream space) unless someone will donate an extra Marro freezer for Simba & co.
I feed alongside dry food otherwise I would have to starve.
If you know how to communicate to Fin the robot properly, you'll get through to the human Marro team too.
Once that happens, the team is always super accommodating and helpful.
To rate a team member one will see their photo too, which is a nice touch.
I have been with Marro now for - I think - two years, after "Katkin" changed their receipe and it was aweful.
I hope Marro keeps it as is!!!
The new flavours go down extremely well too. Only turkey mine don't seem to like any longer.
It is a bit tough for my vegetarian stomach to have to deal with, heating the pouches with hot water ( not in microwave as sooo bad) and serve.
But a servant I'll remain.

Reading lots of the 1/2 star comments it seems some people don't understand what needs to be done to not repeat orders if unsatisfactory. Nor how to serve the very fatty beef in a better way (I can't stand that one either, but learnt to let it warm up in hot water longer for the fat to melt, no problem then and using a knife to make smaller portions) Maybe those aspects could be addressed in marketing as well as highlight more prominently that freezer space is needed.

My cat has immunity issues which affect his gastrointestinal system. The turkey reviepie from Marro is the only Fresh cat food brand that has turkey as a single source protein and is easily digested by my fur baby.
I am grateful to them and I wish they would do more revipies with a single source protein for delicate systems.. Recommended meats for cats with sensitivities include salmon, lamb, rabbit and kangaroo.
