The shipping process is extremely slow—it takes weeks for orders to arrive. In today’s world, where we can order in the morning and have it delivered the same day, waiting a month is simply unacceptable.

I only gave it one star because I had to. This product is garbage. First it took a month or more to get here, says it’s made in USA however it came from china. Not only that, I was signed up for a subscription that I didn’t sign up for. They did cancel the subscription, however I have yet to get refunded for the order I didn’t want. Make sure you are not signed up for the subscription or they’ll charge you monthly for this crap. Very little if any organic anything in this stuff. It says it’s a balm, but it’s more of a lotion. Buyer beware.

I never received the product that I paid for the Tallow Balm 29.98 I think I ordered it on July 8, 2025i

Placed order July 28th, today is August 24th. Still haven't received 2 jars of tallow I ordered. Sent email, got response back: shipping taking little longer coming from Hong Kong. Looked up address on website, it's a house in South Carolina. No telling what the tallow is made from. If and when it gets delivered, it's going straight in the trash. This company needs to be taken down and product needs to be removed from all websites Walmart, Amazon etc.. .

Scam! No stars if I could. This is a total fraud. Do not buy and waste 6 weeks waiting for it come from Asia, money that won’t be refunded. It’s mostly water and mineral oil

I'd give it less than 1 star if I could. Complete false advertising, product ingredients are terrible - would never have bought this dollar store guck. Honey and tallow are two of the bottom ingredients meaning they're the least in this concoction. Asked for a refund, they needed pictures. Sent them right away. Ignored for days . Followedup - would only give me 30% of a refund. I refused. They offered 50% but again, I said 100%. Haven't heard back. DO NOT buy from this scammer.

I placed an order on 8/11/25 and paid for expedited shipping. It is now 8/22/25. I have contacted the company using the “contact us” link they provide. I keep getting a scripted email reply saying my order has shipped. The tracking number they provide in that email shows “information received” or “preparing for shipping” as of today’s date. I have tried to cancel my order but I am told they can’t cancel because it has shipped. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I did receive it, got the BOGO, it was not a balm, seems like it's the same as oil of olay or Ponds, it does have alot of odd ingredients that I wasnt wanting. It does smell very good and its very silky. I have used beef tallow for cooking and it seems similar, but I feel like it doesn't really have much beef tallow in the product.

After having paid, it took forever to get the product. Advertising on Facebook made it seem as if it was made in the USA, but in reality, IT’S MADE IN CHINA. This raises significant concerns. There’s also a lot more junk ingredients in the product than originally claimed. This is going straight into the trash, where it belongs. All a waste of time and money.

I can't review the product because I never received it. Shady-looking tracking info said it was delivered, but it was not. They said they sent it a second time, but I never received it. Ordered mid-June. Still no product mid-August. Who knows how many people were scammed for $30.00. Don't order this product.

Prefer tallow face cream July 28, 2025. Under the impression this is a company in the USA. Not!! Finally, they tell me it comes from “Asia”. Won’t refund my money either. Can’t track with the tracking numbers they give. Probably because it’s on a boat in the ocean. Told them I wouldn’t use it, because it’s not from USA. Also, they tell me email is suspicious, but you only find that out once you’ve order. Please help put them out of business. I’m going to a local farmer to get some….

Can't believe this.

I ordered what I thought was a legit product - Marroomi. I ordered on Aug 2nd. I just received it today 8-19. It’s full of chemicals and the name is Marromi not Marroomi. Also it’s from China.

Scam. Ordered Beef Tallow from them over 6 weeks ago, still nothing. Then they send me a marketing email from team@marroomi dot com but if you try to reply you get an "address not found" so you can even contact them.

And they list their corporate address as 5531 Garrett Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406 but it a house in the middle of a neighborhood and all the potential owners or renters associated with it are all elderly folks.

Does not even deserve one star. So many things were wrong with my purchase. I ought the BOGO free and they said I only purchased one. It came from China when they make it appear USA. The spelling on the container was wrong. It was not a balm but a lotion, with many more ingredients then were supposed to be in it. When I asked for s return with full refund, they finally offered 50%. (This was prior to my opening it and finding it was not a balm.) I still have not received the refund or heard back from them. Total scam. I’ll try posting this on the website, but believe they will not leave it, based on all the positive reviews. Very disappointed. I try hard to do my due diligence before purchasing, but got one over on me.

I cannot believe Facebook does not regulate the fraud on their site. There is a video of a guy stating that this product from Marromi is a balm with only 4 ingredients. He also states it is made in the USA and no chemicals. I bought it and it was a watery moist like lotion with chemicals and mineral oils. It was not the product in the advertisement . When I saw another ad come up again on my Facebook I made a comment that it was a scam and explained why, and they removed it immediately. I will never buy on facebook again. Lesson learned. I can’t remember the exact date I bought it but was several months back.

Another scam company/website. I received the face cream but it was scented because they 'ran out of the unscented' one. I am allergic to scents so took a picture of the unopened package and requested instructions on how to receive a refund. I received platitudes and then they finally ghosted me. I've learned my lesson now. Don't waste your time or money on Marroomi.

As with all the other reviews item is a scam. Says it is made in the USA comes from China.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I never actually received the product. I contacted him four or five times and they kept telling me that it was delivered. All they could provide me was a piece of tracking information that said it was delivered, unfortunately the information they showed me said it was delivered to a city that I don't even live in. It was never delivered to my home much less to the city that I actually live in. They apparently don't care or are too stupid to understand it. This is a complete and utter scam!

Stay far far away from this company.
