It's a complete con.
I ordered 2 shirts from the picture. When they arrived 3 weeks from China, they were a totally different material from the picture shown. Then they hide behind the idea that it was a promotional item so no refund.
Do not use this Company.

Took forever to arrive ( from China ) and when it did it was nothing like described it was made of really shoddy material but that didn't really matter because despite ordering a size bigger than I normally take it was way too small.

The advert is deceiving, they look like a London retailer, but not until you buy do you find out the clothes come from china. After 3/4 weeks wait it’s delivered by evri, when the order states pay £3.50 for Royal Mail faster delivery. Another £3.50 in their pocket. The Henley shirt I ordered in large came big enough to fit a child, also polyester type stretchy material. Their policy is because it’s a promotional buy, they don’t do return or refund , one big con.

Yes, I read unfortunately the reviews after a made purchase this site is a con, I had to go and collect two items after I pays 50 pounds I received them after 3 weeks I think they are from temu they definitely show something else on they site, I hope everyone reeds the review before make a purchase, I think someone needs to stop this site, really horrible and different things than what I purchased, sad..

Awful, do not buy from these people, it is a total scam! Poor quality materials, small sizes and they refuse refunds based on some small print round not providing these under a discounted purchase. They should not be allowed to trade and these are the businesses that spoil the online trading experience.

I ordered a dress, it arrived 10 days later, nothing like the picture, awful cheap material, the colours almost look faded and the cut is awful. I will not be wearing this but cannot return due to the fact that this company is not based in London as the name would have you believe but in China. Do not use.

Photos in advert were nothing like the t-shirts that arrived. Long time arriving, then refund refused as they had been bought at sale prices! AVOID!

This is a scam, nothing to do with London. The products are from china. Poor quality do not deal with these people. Wish id read the reviews prior to purchase.

What a rip off,I ordered two medium tops not knowing they were coming from china and I can’t even get them on, made of cheap fabric and poorly made,do not deal with this lot you will waste your money

Disgraceful...a scam..read the small print on refunds policy!!! Any item purchased as a special offer negates the refund.
I was offered a "goodwill" 50% voucher off my next purchase. The Henley shirt I received was inferior cheap fabric of poor quality.DO NOT make any purchases here.

Do not spend your hard earned money with this company. Products are discustingly inferior and not worth anything. I wasted £70 on tiny plastic shirts that are worse than bad!! Stay clear!!!!

Very very poor quality and no way is it a medium the shirt does not fit! I should have read the reviews before ordering. I will just have to accept I have lost forty quid. This company needs reporting to Trading Standards, there is obviously no point in trying to get my money back reading the reviews. Not even Zero stars

This 'shop' is a scam. The products do not match what is on the photos/description. 'Sale' is always on, so you won't be eligible for refund. Even if you were - the more you spend - the more likely you won't be able to return the items as you pay the cost of shipping. They sell lies, not value.

....just look at the reviews it tells you everything you need to know. Avoid this company unless you're feeling very charitable.
My experience was shambolic. I'll never buy again. No point in elaboration as the reviews sum this company up perfectly!

I don't know what i was thinking!
The T shirt looked fantastic in the photos and i nearly took up their offer to buy a second one at a reduced rate ......so glad i did'nt!
The shirt arrived today, took one look at it and realised that i had made a big mistake. It feels very shiny on the outside ( not a nice feel) and looks different compared to the photo in the advert. It will be used for oil changes and such in the garage.

I wish i could give a zero for this company, i would recommend anyone to Stay way from buying from this company. The tshirts i bought wasnt even Large and wouldnt fit on medium size man, the quality is very poor and when I asked for a refund due to them selling inadequate size clothing, they offered me 10% refund. What an insult. Pleaae stay away from them.

The product was the wrong size and of poor quality. I shirt that simply bore no resemblance to the images. 100% polyester and felt unpleasant. I have not attempted to return it as it is essentially what it was billed as. But not nice. Do not buy this.

I would give this so called London company no stars if I could. They make out they are London based, maybe so, but the clothing you get is cheap Chinese tat, they don't respond to emails received, customer service me a*** Although they make it out on the website ' no hassle returns 100%' what a load of bs.. do not purchase from, waste off money & time..
